endless
It seemed endless at first, but their gleam in the distance was a glint of hope. A sparkling sign post that said to me that it was almost over. Punching though this would bring it to and end with a new beginning.
drain
Resources drain from face Nostrils flare mist and cloud Like a bull on a winter morning Negotiation closed to fairness Handouts add insult to integrity; Not pride Trust lost to good intentions
whim
It was no longer a whim, instead, it became a decisive moment of truth. The joke turned from lighthearted banter to an unflinching silence that began to violently errupt in close focus under florecents turned spotlight. All hope deteriorated in one whimsical moment.
wake
The mover within Stands beside itself Awake to his multiplicity No longer swinging to every whim While the others beckon For him to move aside They chant "let men be men and let the children remain behind" He musters the first part Of a well thought thought But the ending is lost Swallowed up By remenants of a false start
blotches
My eyes sweat, as the emotion wakes Inside; Chopin In-kind; Let the treble allegro tempo, Run wild and drop subtly to a bass cleft Monologue; Whisper gently into this shallow heart; Blotch the sun, draw the drapes.
ragged
His heart was ragged. He neglected his heart for his mind, not knowing how to balance the two he fell victim to headaches, panic attacks and frequent depression of the heart. He began to meditate from the heart, eat live foods, letting love in and he began to heal.
support
support from the outside is vital to some peoples survival. especially if from within, one cannot step outside the barriers of oppression.
respectable
It's hard to feel respectable with all this blood and guts purging out of chest through my shirt. Ok, so it's invisible. Well alright I'm the only one who can see it, but it doesn't mean it's not real to me. I'm not delusional, just in a little, ok a lot, of pain... And because of that some days I don't feel respectable.
perfectly
chopin harmonise strings and keys with mathematical grace; miles; realm shifting splices of existince between notes that is perfectly sound.
phrase
"It is easier for a camel to get through eye of a needle then it is for a rich man to get into the kingdom of heaven." - I remember hearing this phrase in church and I imagined the fat, cigar smoking, Mercedes Benz driving local priest standing behind a camel trying to wedge it through a needle, but then his hand slipped into the camels bum and he got stuck and he couldn't get his hand out. I giggled so much my mum pinched me and gave me the death stare. It still makes me laugh.
