couch
The only thing left to move into the apartment was the couch. It was a nasty old couch they had found at a garage sale somewhere in upstate New York. How she loved it; she had always been partial to antiques of any variety. He loved it because he loved her. He knew that for sure, couch or no couch.
skeleton
He approached the skeleton; it stood, head hung, arms dangling at it's sides. He was but two feet from it now. Looking into the holes where it's eyes once were, he suddenly felt a shiver up his spine as he noticed it's smile.
stem
I wrapped my fingers around the stem, this was a beautiful specimen and I knew you'd love it. I rose from my knees and extended the flower towards you. crush
After he crushed her skull he knew he had to hide the body. He began ripping up the kitchen floorboards that night.
antlers
He saw a flash of brown fur, antlers peeked out from behind and oak. He steadied his rifle, "Say goodbye to starving," he muttered.
failed
Though he failed to complete his life in as full a manner as he had hoped, the last few moments of his existence were carried out in such a fantastic way, with her by his side...
