  3. letters form words which form sentences. what do sentences form? thoughts? no? thoughts form sentences? but i thought that sentences were formed by words. so thoughts are words? letters form thoughts, but didnt thoughts come before letters?

  6. The things that we use to communicate our thoughts and feelings are words. Words are comprised of sounds and syllables, each of these symbolized by letters. Yet what exactly are these symbols standing for? We do not share our letters equally throughout the world, nor do all of us recognize every single letter there is. Is there some breakdown in communication that maybe we’re not understanding?

  13. Letters, are always so exciting to receive. Everyone likes to get a letter in the mail. Sadly, the joy is taken out of it as you get older, and it’s only bills, bills, and more bills. No one really writes to one another, it’s a lost art. Kind of sad, really, to think about it. We can just call, text, or IM someone, but think of how nice it is to get a letter from a friend.

  16. letters are so important. they make up words that we read and speak to one another. they are also sent in the mail and can be as personal as a handwritten collage of memories of a week’s worth of events or they can be as impersonal as a letter or… well getting fired. there are very few things more important and more basic and foundational as letters: they make up the basis of all we think, say, and do.

  27. letters are useful to write actual letters. you need the letters to make a word. like my words right here. i like writing letters full of letters to people that i love. nothing is better than a letter where yo ucan read it again and again and again. i wsh i got more letters. it is nice to recieve a letter especially for you.
    I like the letter ‘M’ because my name starts with it and it looks all cool and zig-zaggy like a ‘Z’.

  32. i like letters. these are all letters. There are capital and lower case letters. But one can also write letters, although that is becoming obsolete. I like writing letters, but I wish i recieved more. also i wish that postage wasn’t so expensive and inconvenient. when i was in france, i never sent letters because i could never get to la poste
