  1. The stem of things, the beginning. Where do my words flow from? Where do the flowers grow from? Where is my stem? Where is the ground that gives birth to all these odd ideas that are in my head. Rummaging around, I can’t seem to find my stem.

  10. The thingy of a plant. the bit holding it up, the lifesource. It can’t live without it, but then it can’t live without any bit of it. Its green normally and snaps easily. Quite brittle.. sometimes oozes out a weird kinda substance,this is going to sound very strange.

    Or, it could be part of a word…there’s the root word, then a stem word.
