flipped
she was sad. she was sad, and he was sad. two sad teens dragging their feet through a sick, sad world, pulling their eyes across their surroundings, taking it all in just to let it seep back out. she was sad. he was sad too, until he met her; that day, everything flipped.
lantern
Sometimes When it's dark outside, And all the world Has slowed to a halt, And the darkest darkness Shrouds the clouds, I go outside And light a lantern To guide me home.
upstairs
upstairs, in the attic. in the attic are treasures unseen to mankind. they've been there, oh, since like forever. every generation has something to offer. a time capsule in your own home. from phonographs to 8-tracks. what will you discover?

loft
it was an old, unused loft. dusty with age. falling apart. creaks from just the weight of its own mass. but underneath all of the grime and age, it held treasures so great, they were unexplainable to anyone.
indistinct
it is indistinct whether i belong here or there. whether i am supposed to be short or tall. fat or thin. asian or caucasian. but god has a blueprint with my name on it, and i cant wait to see how i turn out.
moon
the moon shone brightly in the sky, like a flashlight in a dark forest. but bigger. and brighter. and farther away. looking up at it made all my troubles seem so small...
