Starlight guides my path at night. It is the ray of direction for my dreams and, as I stare out the window to the downtown, I wonder, “What if.” Starlight always answers kindly, “One day.” One day, indeed. My heart will always appreciate starlight.
I once dated a boy name Nick. He was the new kid in town and not many people liked him. He was considered to be a total poser by the way he dressed and the music he listened to. I liked him enough. Well enough. However, he had one favorite band… The Smashing Pumpkins. They had a song called Stella By Starlight. This reminds me of him.
starlight, starbright, first start i see tonight. i remember my mom used to sing/say that to me when i was a kid, as a nursery rhyme. what? what is it really about? kids making wishes? kids learning to dream big dreams when they are young? part of the american you-can-be-anything-you-want dream? the american dream, hook, line, and sinker.
In the darkness we were guided by starlight. It was a feeling of immense satisfaction when we reached the stairs safely. Stars can also be superb guides for directions as proven by sailors.
So I decided that I need to start writing again, for my sanity. There are a lot of things that I am unsure of and they come in and out of my life, like the starlight. Yet, they return wit such loyalty that it leads me to believe that things are just suppose to be this way. I really hope not.
I set my hot chocolate on my window and stick my legs out and let my legs dangle. I look up into the dark december night sky and see starlight every where. Each star reminds me of a different memory. The one memory that sticks out the most is laying on my back with my sisters watching for a shooting stars starlight.
I can’t even think when I look at this word. all I can see is your face…your beautiful face. smiling, reminding…and how it’s all over, again, and again, and again.

I was sitting beneath the stars. the grass was cold and wet from this morning and yet I didn’t seem to care at the least. His hand lay over mine and our breaths were non existent under the dark sky.
space, its written between lines of atmosphere. The light bends a star’s quantum gases. we have eyes, lies, amounts of pure evil. so does a starlight. bright evil.
The starlight was enough. We’d lost eachother, and I wouldn’t be close to anyone for a long time. But it was to be a summer of beauty enlightenment, and the starlight was my reminder.

i love looking at the starlight in the night sky when there aren’t any city lights to block the beautiful view. i picture a cool night with a breeze running through my body that keeps me cool but not so cold that it is uncomfortable. bliss.
many stars were in the sky one night. that night i was like a story book fairy tale. i had everything i had ever dream about. my many desires were endless and now it seems as if they floated away.
perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. at least that it what i like to think.
my eyes water from the jealousy that burns within me. there was no way to compete. no way to stop her if she made the decision. her brightness shined like the moon, while mine the weakness of starlight; scattered, washed out. i wouldn’t blame him if he picked her, but my soul would still sizzle. all i want is to be loved fiercely, but i guess that’s a lot to ask.

Star bright in the sky. I walked along a dewy meadow for a few hours, when suddenly an old woman asked for my permission to marry her. It was an awkward thought, to be sure, but I loved her so I did.

I like the enviroment. I wish i could recycle but we cant recycle at this apartment. that sucks because recycling is good for the planet.
