  2. pshh. when people think of rockets they think of space ships. but not all rockets are that crazy in the technological sense. there are many types of miniature rockets that people build as a hobby, and launch them for fun.

  19. There are many types of rockets in the world and they take you to many places. In 1969 the men finally landed on the moon and I think Neil Armstrong was one of them. They took a video of themselves putting up the flag and stuff. They used a wire hanger to do it.

  23. as the rocket blasted off, i wondered if i hadn’t seen apollo 13 one too many times. then again, my dream of being an astronaut would never be crushed. sitting in front of the television, i realized that that was not the way to go about accomplishing it.

  26. I had a rocket in high school. It was made of 2 liter coke bottles. We would go shoot them off during physics, see how far they went. We tried to see who made the best one.

  27. you already gave me this word, silly. but i spoke about how rockets make me think of cornfields, and then about the i before e except after c thing. this association has already been made, so i had to forgo the “don’t think. just write.” rule. please forgive me. my friend is now on this site, next to me, and i am obsessing over if she is going to get this word.

  28. i wish i could travel space. haha i know it’ll never happen in a million years, but just to be out inn space in the silence amongst the stars sounds incredible. just to experience life in an entirely different way. sigh i wish i could just get out of here sometimes. be able to let go of all of my bitterness and start fresh. i wonder if i would make the same mistakes. be just as selfish. be just as naive. i wish i could start over knowing what i know today.
