  2. Hot potato, sweet potato… I had some sweet potato hash yesterday, and it was incredibly delicious. I really don’t have too much to say about potatoes, seeing as they are not one of my favorite foods. They feel too simple sometimes, and the dense texture gets to me, unless they’re cut thinner.

  5. It tastes like a vanilla dream on a cloud of .. pie and I really don’t think that I appreciate eating too much of it because unfortunately for me, I grew up in Potato Town. That was not a fun upbringing.. my mother would throw potatoes at me and yell “RUN POTATO GIRL RUN!”. It was pretty degrading. And really, I did NOT enjoy it.

  6. My mother always says in her family runs the potatoe-gene. Where others prefer pasta or rice, her family would always go for potatoes as a side. I think I have inherited that gene. I just ate some delicious potatoes for lunch, after all.

  10. Fried potatos is a great meal it can gives energy but it increase your weight if you eat many. I like poiled ptatos as well with milk and cheese it will be smashed potatos..I feel hungry right now.

  18. One potato, two potato, three potato, four… I like potatoes in many forms. I love potato soup with lots of pepper. I’ve never tried growing my own potatoes though. I don’t like sweet pototoes.

  19. Potatoes are inherently Irish. So much so, that when the potatoes are taken out of Ireland, they starve. This is a historical fact. Potatoes are a great source of nutrients but they need to be eaten infrequently or at least very little each day because they are known to cause weight gain. They grow in the ground and usually have to be washed before they are eaten. This is because they are always covered in dirt.

  21. I can count to potato! I find this really offensive as a meme because down syndrome people are really cool and better than all the other people that I meet. Especially people from China, India, Japan or any asian countries. Not that i’m racist, just all the people I meet from those countries suck.

  22. Potatos makes me think about irish people. They have very cool accents and i wish i could talk like them. I think the boondock saints were irish and they were pretty badass i have a list of people i wish were my dad and they were both on it along with william wallace he is scottish not irish probably doesnt like potatos then

  24. theres not much i (or anyone for that matter) could say about a potato, it is just one of those things you always appreciate (fried, mashed, raw?) but never notice until its gone, just like that girl that always said hi when you where in high school, or the bus getting on time to the stop. it is important, its just does not seem important enough to be noticed.

  26. i had a large amount of potatoes for dinner tonight. they were quite delicious, but the mixture of potatoes and pasta wasn’t the greatest choice of dinner. i do like potatoes a lot, but they take too long to make, and this makes me sad. if only there was a faster way to make potatoes. one day..

  27. I always loved potatoes. Baked, mashed, fried, roasted: I LOVE POTATOES. I lived off of potatoes for much of my childhood it seems. I didn’t like a lot of foods, but I sure a hell loved potatoes.
