  11. Myth is separated from legend by its cloudy feet, in opposition to the solid feet of semi-real characters like Paul Bunyan. Myth is home to gods, superheroes. In the modern day, it would seem that many people interpret our God as a legend rather than a myth, which is sort of alarming, really.

  19. Something that isn’t told, you need to think of even overthink about it. Nothing can be proven and it is even harder to know what is true. This word makes things harder, you can make it even into a rumor. Myths are hard.

  22. The Greeks had their myths and we have ours. In fact there was probably a time where the Greek Myths weren’t myths at all but were in fact fact. Over time, of course, as new ideas came into vogue, what was once know as truth came to more to be known more and more as myth. The lines are blurry. What do any of us really know anyway?

  31. I feel like a myth is something that’s not really tue but sometimes it has a baasis in fact. I always think that myths are interesting because they always are so bizzar, but someonw had to think about it, and come up with it so that’s really what it is. It’s an extraavogant story that someone made up, i like myth busters. That’s a good show.
