whether
I don't know whether to laugh or cry - so maybe I'll do both! Shakespeare said something about whether we should take up arms against a sea of troubles, etc etc in Hamlet (I think!) but what to do about my own troubles, I don't know!
miracle
Gosh, it's a miracle I'm even awake at this time of night, what with the aches and pains and lack of sleep so far this week. Mind you, life is made of of small miracles. covered

I really only felt happy completely covered, so what had possessed me to come to a naturist colony? it was all Cynthia's fault. I would think of an elegant revenge in the fullness of time, but for now I had to concentrate on getting out of this ridiculous situation. Where was Cyn, anyway? Hiding in our chalet, no doubt. Wretched girl! I decided to compromise on the nudity thing, and fastened the towel around my waist.
