  2. Yoga looks neat. Warrier poses. Lotus poses. It’s said to relieve stress and prolong life. Me? Stiff as a board. Couldn never do it.

  4. When I am stressed, yoga helps me calm down. Like you do. Like you twist me into so many different shapes contained in the palm of your hand. I can’t count how many times I’ve come running back to yoga and you.

  6. I do yoga to help me calm my mind. I only started a while ago, and it was difficult to become accustomed to, to quiet my mind and make the positions, but now it has become a necessary part of my life.

  7. The mat was sticky and gross. Whoever had used it before was obviously too important to wipe their own sweat off, so I was left doing it myself. Around me a group of pretentious hipster collage kids and trophy wifes were stretching and chatting, showing off their expensive sweat pants and work-out tops.

  8. Stretching the limits of one word to breathe a multitude. If only it were so that a single word could contain the universe…and yet. Can it? Can one word lead you to the edge of your own imagination? I expect that solution will elude me.

  9. I hate yoga. I tried once and ended up on my back with my dick resting on my chin. I couldn’t move for hours and my girlfriend came home and saw me like that and thought I was trying to suck my own dick, we are no longer together, thanks yoga.

  14. yoga is a spiritual expedition to the soul. It is the unity of body and mind- the inner discovery of self. Yoga has been practiced through the ages and originated over 3000 years ago in India. The first evidence of yoga can be found in the Vedas.

The only good thing is that if u dont get enough sleep yoga is the place tp go. its so boring that u just doze of. also the instructers are completely out of there mind. They talk in high pitched voices and just sit there talling u to copy them and its like seriously why cant we just do r own stuff and be individulas lol.

  29. She always wanted to do yoga, but she found she just wasn’t limber enough. Or maybe she was just too lazy. Not stretching was comfortable. Yoga wasn’t. Actually, nothing was comfortable anymore. Not even her skin.

  37. Relaxation is essential for all human beings to balance and align and get in touch with their god force. Your legs will stretch, your arms will lengthen so you can reach all of your dreams and goals you will be able to meditate and tune into your soul’s desire and gather information that is unavailable at any other time in your day. Yoga is an essential ingredient for a long and healthy life if you want to experience everything available to you on any given day and there is so much to learn and experience each and every moment. They say cape deum and they meant it. Do everything you can and do it with conviction and humour and love and bless the earth for all its treats and blessngs. An earth that is completely full of luxury and grace and peace and humanity. Humanity teaming with ideas and originality and every ingredient to make life a gala event of inventiveness and originality. Curious enough though, you need to laugh as well, I am not sure why it warms one’s soul so much but it does and is a way to stay grounded and in touch with the lighter side of life. Life is a blessing for each and every one of us no matter what our circumstance.

  38. yoga between small chidren showing others the tree, adorable little things. i’m proud to call him my nephew, and she my sister-in-law. i love them. plain and simple, no ambiguity to sort. somewhere they are, and i look forward to seeing him, once he’s grown. i can’t wait to see what he’ll be. then again, i can. i can because i will love him no less and no more once he’s grown, as compared to him now and before.

  39. yoga is a way of releasing stress and anxieties caused through the happenings of everyday life. Yoga sounds like another language’s term for yoghurt. I should look up on the origin of the word yoghurt sometime…
