    “I’m sorry”

  3. cold strong tool to rip things out of walls and hearts out of chests and what not it’s sad really the way it hurts to literally wrench something out of you that’s weird it’s the name of the thing as well as the action; a verb and a noun at the same time or different times. whoa i discovered punctuation.

  5. tool I use to wrench the flea from it’s nest is what I would like to really get for mother’s day. However, I have noticed recently that my gift selections from Uncle Charlie have become barren. What cupboards do you acquire from Uncle Charlie, I have often remarked with a pained expression. And where do you find them…?

  6. The sickly man bended over. Life as he knew it was over, there is no salvation, he thought. And he was right. Armed with nothing but a wrench he dredged on forward, limping slightly as he neared the Pentagon.

  8. The man had worked hard to get the bread on the table. His trusty wrench by his side. No one would mock him again… Not as he clenches his wrench with nothing but unadulterated rage. It was the only thing that kept him going. This is the story of Bob the Wrench.

  9. something that fixes something, it tightens things. Wrench makes me think of being squeezed, tight spaces, and discomfort. If you’re in a wrench, you’re in a tight spot that you can’t get out of or that you must struggle to escape from. Tera

  10. He took the tool and placed it in the open cavity of my chest. Jerking his masculine arms from side to side, he was able to wrench the organ from my body. The blood streamed down my skin, staining my outside red. My life is red, my body barren…”thank you,” I said.

  11. i bought a wrench the other day to fix a leaky faucet, but i soon found out that the wrench didn’t wrench and that i needed a bolt to fix the wrench, which i then found at the hardware store that sells nuts and bolts and other paraphernalia of s

  12. That tool thing is so damn overrated that it got annoying. People worship it like an idol – and that’s why I really disliked the faculty of engineering at times.

  13. I have a rusty old wrench that was handed down 5 generations through my father’s side. It was forged in the fires of Mount Doom by the Elf Lords of Evendale. This wrench is precious to me.

  14. A wrench is used to fix things. A wrench could also be a wicked person. I have never used a wrench in my life, nor do I think I have ever seen one. I don’t really like to use tools, that’s mostly for men, I’d rather use my hands to fix things rather than a wrench because I have no idea how to use it.

  15. The wrench of my heart told me that we were not to be. I knew that it wasn’t worth my tears, but they slid down my cheeks regardless. When will the fates realize that our futures should have been intertwined?

  17. The other day I was fixing my car and all I needed was a wrench. There were none to be found – not here, not there, not anywhere! There was no one to help me in my quest for a wrench. What was I to do? I reached for my trusty pocket knife and began to whittle one out of wood. Within minutes I had a perfectly formed wooden replica of my wrench, but what good is a wooden wrench? A true wrench must be sturdy and strong, capable of producing tremendous torque.

  18. I once had a wrench. His name was Steven. Every night I would tuck him in with the other tools that I had carefully laid out on my bed. It wasn’t comfortable sleeping with all of my tools, so I usually made a bed upon the floor with old quilts and stuff animals that I had de-fluffed and used for pillows. I woke up one night and suddenly Steven and the rest of the tools had gone, leaving me with only a single note that said, “We’ve gone out to breakfast.” Steven and the tools never came back, however. And I have been alone ever since.

  20. Sometimes I wish I was a wrench because I could fix my past, and build a better future for myself. I just want to feel better, look better, and behave like a lady instead of like my mother. I am a mirror image of her and I hate it. I’m scared I will be a failure just like she is.

  21. tools. suits. the suits. the ones that push papers and never suffer from the razor edge of papers. the bite of bureaucracy. the wrench is in the office.

  22. to wrench an item from someone’s hands is, what most people are taught, bad. It’s “mean” as it were, unless of course, it’s a gun. Saying it’s a gun gives the person who wrenched the said item a hero complex. They saved everyone the gun was pointed at, even the one holding it. This makes them, clearly, in Gryffindor.

  23. Wrench, an item I no almost nothing about. Once I tried to change a tire, but I was too weak to turn the bolts. Those are somewhat related to wrenches, right? I really did try to change it, but nothing would budge regardless of how many times I jumped on the turny thing…

  24. It’s not such a wrench you know. I can leave when I want to. I just walk away. Run may be. Hit the ground running. I love a good cliche. It’s what you need when you’re leaving. Pure cliche.

  25. I wrench these emotion from my chest. Rip them away and throw them so far. I wrench your tears off my shoulder. You are no longer mine. Your tears wont fix my broken heart. Who will fix mine. Give me some new tools to mend this unrepairable heart of mine.

  27. It was a twisting feeling. My gut was the bolt and she was the wrench. Perfect shiny metal teeth just clamping around me, a perfect fit. She twisted, and I gave. It wasn’t a magical thing, it was purely utilitarian. It was for a purpose….to have me undone. To have me fall apart and end me.

  29. if i had a wrench right now, i would use it to fix something… actually, it’s interesting, wrenches can be used to beat someone to death, or to fix something… i guess most things can be used that way, especially love… i mean, could a wrench be used for anything else than those two possibilities? could those two possibilities be the same?

  31. My husband has a wrench. So do I. Mine is used for little jobs, his is used for big ones. They both do the same thing, but mine seem to be so much more needed, since he has big strong hands, and I do not. His hands ARE a wrench, of sorts, and my wrench is my wrench.

  34. I wrenched away from him and turned to run out the door. “Get back here you b****!” His hand was large enough to leave bruises along half of my upper arm when he grabbed me.

  35. I have no idea how to even use a wrench. Sorry world, but I’m not as capable as my ancestors — or even my father for that fact. I like to think I have other skills that make me more “suited” for success, but I may just be being arrogant and stupid. WHO KNOWS. I can’t really say i care though, I am pretty well off in the mechanical skills department from my Dad in childhood — better off than some friends.

  36. A sprocket is a dangerous thing, in the wrong context. Slipped into her drink, it waited, giving off little bubbles at a few of its teeth. Waited to be swallowed and stuck into a throat tissue. Waited to turn her heart’s gear into a new state.

  37. I was wrench(ed) out from this world the day you left me to fend for myself. They say that I’ll get over it and that I’ll be fine. But that’s not true. I won’t ever be the same. Something inside me was wrench(ed) apart the day you left me standing there to face the world by myself.

  38. Gut wrenching. The excitement between when you start working toward your dream and the time that it takes form and prospers. You aren’t sure if everything will work out perfectly, but the wrench in your stomach is a beautiful mix of anticipation, nerves, and excitement. Embrace it.

  39. I wrenched her away from the man. He looked stunned. “What’s going on” I stared at him. “It’s not your problem–she’s been like this forever. She needs someone to hold her. That’s all.”
“Why don’t you?” He asked me.

  40. Wrench. What are the thoughts in my head. Wench. Thats a whore. Wrench, thats a tool. I am not a mechanic, but I am a handy person. Handy? Am I really that handy? I haven’t fixed many things in my day, but I certainly like to try. Fixing cars? Thats a different story. I don’t know a spark plug from a exhaust pipe.
