It seemed very strange to think of themselves as a couple – but in all sincerity, there wasn’t any other word that could explain what was going on between them. If anything, they were just two people who continued to have romantic relations going on every time they saw one another. They weren’t about to go look it up in a dictionary or anything, but it did seem awfully similar to the definition of a couple.

There’s been a couple of weeks since i became this huge ball of anxiety. it is hard to go on with life when everything you can think about involves getting away in some level. we were not born to say still, there’s no way i can surrender to ordinary life.

The coupling lasted no more than a handful of minutes; the last shooting stars of the night drowned in purple dawn. Heidi looked up, through branches bare of leaves, at the clouds and never-ending sky, and listened as he put his trousers back on.
“Breakfast?” he said, without reaching for her.
“No,” she said. “I’m fine.”
With a soft huff of relief, he was gone, tramping back through the woods to his house, to his wife.
Heidi turned and lay her forehead against rough bark. It strummed beneath her touch. Someday, she thought. Someday.

they were sitting near the dock, tight against each other, lurking between the shadows of the moon and the waves, they waved at the past but the hours cared, their teeth were razor sharp and broke their skin, there was nothing left for them in this city of ruins.

From across the pond, their eyes met. Under his gaze, she suddenly felt naked. Her cheeks began to burn. His eyes spoke loudly. They saw through her cheery smile, her fake giggle, and the facade of a happy marriage on display in the intertwined fingers of her hand in her husband’s.

The young couple stood, unknowing, unseeing. She didn’t ow that the observer had gathered all of the nesecary information about her to move in for the kill – or that he was her beloved.

Many and Mark sat at the small table outside the fast-food joint. Today was their 53rd wedding anniversary, and Mark had taken Mary to the place of their first date. She smiled as he pulled out her seat, and the couple enjoyed a wonderful meal together.

It will only be a couple of minutes or days or months and I will be exactly where I want to be, I said to myself. It’s only a matter of time. Then I will never have to worry about another thing again…

Travis knew a couple of things he wished he didn’t. Like how his parents sounded in bed when they’d close (and lock) the door for an afternoon “nap.” Like the way they fought after drinking so much alcohol — before it was even nighttime! — slurring their ugly words as they stumbled into furniture and each other.

The two people were not a couple. They sat as far as possible from each other, they did not turn to look at the other, they did not speak, did not touch- and yet, there was something strange about their distance. It takes a certain kind of awareness to be so completely and utterly far from another person, and they went out of their way to preserve that awareness. In the distance, they were close.

When I think couple, I think about Michael and myself. We have such a strong connection and we are the couple that people want to be. I love him, he loves me. We’re a match made in heaven, if there even is a heaven. I couldnt be happier with my life than I am now. We’re stronger than ever and everyday is just another step closer to getting married

That was quite a hard job to just write for 60 seconds, but its nice to just let my mind let loose and not have to think about what I want to write. Just let your mind free, relax, and you’ll be amazed at what comes to mind!
