  1. Being active is so much better than sitting in your couch doing nothing really important. Spring and summer is better for outings and activities. Rainy seasons, are not that good. Plan for outings and sports activities.

Plus, don’t forget to put sunblock in your body. Exercise and eat healthy.

  2. Doing things for fun playing with other people.
    Doing things with your friends.
    Having fun with sports.
Having walks with your dog if you have one.

What to say about my Love…
    she is.. inactive.

I won’t judge her, as I never have. But how can I tell her that she’s
..becoming less. When did she become content with less?
More drugs, more experiences. Sounds amazing. Why can’t she translate that into her passion to writing? I don’t think it’s all that amazing anymore.

I know she doesn’t miss working, but I also know she loves to work. To do something.

I can’t tell her that she’s jobless, she already knows. I can’t tell her that living in your friend’s mom’s vacated house is one skip from homeless. I can’t tell her that I’m jealous that she’s trying new drugs, but that I’m not jealous its only drugs.

She says she likes having the time off. She’s always been a terrible liar.

And now she’s looking for a retail clothes position. I think she should live her life.. but now she’s living one that’s leading her further from her dreams. Thank god I didn’t lose my ability to write and dream.

In fact, in her absence, my dreaming has reached a new pinnacles. Dreaming larger, in unknown depths and unveiled details. I never face writer’s block. I can summon dreams and ideas with the pop of a pen top. I’m not worried about her becoming some cracked out whore, I’m worried that she gave up her dream. She sounds like she’s getting more and more dependent on Olympia.

I love the the woman that I thought this girl would become… not this unmotivated girl

    Start to move.

    Start to dance.
    Start to choose.

    Start to try.
    Start to live.

    Start to help.
    Start to Give.

    Just start doing something.

  12. I try to live an active lifestyle. Just as important as keeping the body active is keeping the mind active. That is one reason I like to practice these challenging exercises that make me think.

  13. I constantly worry. My brain running around and around every day thinking of the petty things that I care so much about. What do they matter? What is wrong with me? My brain never sleeps.

  14. I always thought that though I wasn’t very physically active, I had a pretty active mind. Now that I’m in college and have been getting exposed to people who are much much more smarter than I, I’ve realized, to my disappointment, that my mind is pretty lethargic as well.

  17. Active. Alive. Advanced. Accelerating. A+ Appreciating the active lifestyle and activating the energy of others and activating the energy of yourself and then who knows just what that will activate?

  22. Go hard, run until your legs give out. Jump, kick, punch, and when you think you’ve given all you got, take a breath, and then get up, and do it again.

  25. His mind was always active, thinking over problems. People thought because he couldn’t talk or move too much any-more that he was brain-dead, but he wasn’t.

  26. If I think about the children in the 5. grade i only see them with a phone… WHERE IS THE CHILDHOOD?! I cant remember a day when I wasn´t outside. But they haven´t time to play with each other.. I mean play! not Video-games or playing doodle jump while they´re driving home from school. But I understand them. I wouldn´t run and play outside after the whole day busy with school-things. But I would miss it. I just would TAKE the time, because I´m only one time and only a few years a child. The liabilities are my whole life there, so why shouldn´t I enjoy my life not now with activities I like to instead of sitting home alone or anything?

  27. She wanted to feel active , alive again with all the wild erratic emotions of life.

    by Ellie on 03.20.2014
  28. Active, be active. Join a club, get a hobby. Be active, be proactive. Just do something, just make a start. Be active, constantly they are saying. They are too much active, it feels like radio active. So i have to take a step back, so i wont melt down. Basically I don’t like to be active I’ll rather be slacking.

  29. There is little in me that I can call active anymore. I feel dry, dead, no wellspring of life to rush through my veins and give me a burst of inspiration. Somewhere deep inside, a screaming voice is locked up, trying to get through me.
    But it can’t.

    I can’t.

I want to live, be alive, exist more than on a basic level.

Sometimes it’s not enough to be.

  30. Just by looking at him she could tell that he wasn’t active: he had a certain pale, shapeless quality about him that nearly screamed an aversion to exercise.

  31. My mind is active even in sleep. To wake up is merely the decision of whether to open my eyes; no cloud of sleep fog misting my consciousness. Perhaps it is for this reason that I do not dream, even as half imagined images of rose tinted clouds and a shimmering garden of sunlight dance through my thoughts. I wonder, with a deep seated longing bruising my heart, if dreams were really as pleasant as the images I conjure up.

Perhaps, I think, an active mind is not always necessarily a good thing.

  32. my name is Alex and everyone says that i am hyperactive. I really am not. This is me normal. I have tried sitting still for more than three minutes but i always end up having a itch on my nose or something. I sleepwalk too. Somehow no one sees me. The only people i talk to are dead. What does that make me?

  33. He bounced around, unsure of his surroundings. Everything in his mind went off in synapses like fireworks, spontaneously brooding aimless thoughts that sprung in torturous spontaneity. None of it ever made any sense, but he liked it that way, he really did.

  34. Been listening to a bunch of albums lately. But today, I thought “never in a month of Sundays” as I downloaded a chord finding app. Got lost in a drip drop on the base. A weird quirk. Was it an active mistake that stuck or just a strange whim instantly acted upon – these are the things that run through my mind at any given time, although it’s primarily racing at the forefront when I work at playing guitar.

  35. Active as the sea that flows forever, that´s how active my minds is when I think about you, there is no way to stop it, it simply flows from my heart, from my head to my fingers and here I am, writing about you all over again. Like the first time I met you, like the first time you make me angry with your useless words and my useless feeling of being surrended to you,

    by Mariana J. on 03.19.2014
  36. Stay active. That’s what they always say. They never say what to stay active in though.

  37. The feeling of your heart speeding up as your lungs suffocate. Your mind is gone and your body has taken over. Decisions are made by instinct and gut. Your muscles burn and ache at every move but the feeling is sickeningly addictive. You push forward knowing there’s something at the end, something to look forward to. You strive for this feeling, even at times when it’s too much, when exhaust has taken forward. But even then you can’t make the intelligent decision to stop because your mind is not there to tell you to take it and your body is going to fast to stop.
