toufu- isn’t it on of those health nut thing? I think that perhaps it may be the very secret to longevity since the japanese people are known to live real long with it. It’s soft, fragile and when cooked well, can be an awesome substitute for meat.

Frying pan sizzles, the tofu slowly browns. mmm it’s so good once ready. warm and fresh out of the pan is the best and only way to enjoy it.
