All I ever want in the summer is a glass of lemonade. Tall, with the sweat on the outside of the pitcher and the lemons sliced, floating, like you’d see in Southern magazine photographs. Yellow like the sun, golden like the color of my youth. Swim in the creek, catch crayfish and chase birds all day, and come home to a mother bringing out freshly made lemonade. When you feel that unwavering August thirst there’s no better joy than that.
Thirst. Thirst. Man’s worst enemy. It makes us feel dead inside. It makes us do horrible things. Like drink urine or cactus juice. Thirst makes man crazy.
What is it to thirst for someone?
It’s thinking about them all the time.
They take your thoughts away.
It’s like them not being there has caused your throat to go dry.
The thirst was crushing him, making his throat and lungs burn with the fire of his own desire as he watched the ocean undulate across the sand. It was forbidden, dangerous. And beautiful. He could never have the glassy surface of the ocean touch his lips, as he could never have her.
The bear stumbled through the desert. It had been there for 3 days, the sun beating down on it. The bear thought of two words: Water and Thirst. They were his enemies. There as no water. And he was thirsty.

u need to drink water all the time cuz its good for ur health and your good condition.dont allow to be thirsty cuz its a sign that u have allready dehidrated.

this sounds like the name of a novel about an artist dying of intellectual thirst. i haven’t read it but there is an image in my mind of a lanky guy walking around with a canvas under his arm and a fedora in 1960’s berlin.

i was doing s 5k yesterday and its funny how thirst takes over your whole body. it doesnt only bother your throut but yourself. while I was running i wanted to give up 3 times but after i had water on my hands i felt much better! I didnt drink it buti splash my face with it and it was like i had drank a gallon of water fill with energy! I didnt drink it but a wash my mouth with it and spit it out and it felt like I wasnt thirsty at all.

I love soda. Soda is not healthy but it is very good and an ice cold soda quenches my thirst every time!
