Okay so my brother and his wife stayed at our house for Christmas. She slept in my room, but after they left, my mom didnt change the sheets. For some reason, I am now so grossed out by my bed that I ca’n barely stand to sleep in it. I have no idea why. It’s not like he was even in it with her… Jeez.

sheets are wonderful when they are fresh out of the laundry. crisp and clean smelling and you pull them up over your head and breathe in deep before you sleep. clean sheets and a shower is the best way to sleep.
You should change your sheets after you break up. As well as pull them from in front of your eyes. Whatever senses you use to avoid facing reality should be worked on as to hopefully one day be one with what is.
