I went the the pool yesterday. The water was crisp, cold, and the smell of chlorine stung my nostrils. When i submerged myself I couldn’t help but think about what it had felt like to be a fetus, floating in my mothers protected womb.
I like to swim at the pool. It is fun to dive in and if you just jump and don’t think about it like how I am writting It is totally amazing to see all the wacky jumps you can come up with. So go to the pool and JUST JUMP!
In the dusk created by the mid afternoon snow storm, the streetlamps flickered to life. Warm orange spotlights glowed softly in the flurry of white, each one a beacon in her gray world. She could feel hot tears sliding down her face as she set towards home, each pool of light smiling as she drew ever closer.

There was black water in the pool and her feet barely touched the surface so that little ripples emerged, yet at the same time the water remained untouched for the most part. She stretched out her legs and smiled sweetly, like a ripe berry of summer.
The pool of oily black liquid frightened me, but I had to escape. It was slick and sticky at the same time, somehow, which seemed like such an unfair breach of logic that I wanted to protest. Although slippery and sticky aren’t opposites, I suppose, it still seemed impossible.
My favorite place to be. Floating in the clear blue water. The smell of chlorine. The warmth of an outdoor pool. The coolness of a competition pool. The thrill of swimming drills. My home away from land.
She dived in, feeling the coolness surround her, wishing this coolness to last forever. Soon, she felt the burning pain in her lungs, but instead of reaching back up to the surface, she allowed the weights to let her sink to the bottom, to fade into darkness.

It was a hot summer day. “It seems so refreshing.” Bob said. “Ready?” Jill question. After she had completed this sentence Bob’s hand reached for Jill’s. They clutched each other.

John looked down into the pool. He was surprised to find that he could not see the bottom of it. He rubbed his eyes sharply, and looked again. Still no bottom. Just black depths, like the ocean.
I jumped into the pool, naked, and let my body slice through the cool stillness of the water. I could feel the warmth coursing through my body, battling with the cold, but loving it as well. I hit the bottom and lay down flat. Opening my eyes, the moon and the stars shimmered as the ripples settled, finally deciding on their places, calm and perfect through the crystal clearness of the six feet of water above me.
I never had a pool when I was a kid. I always wanted one, though. But in the summer, we would go around the block to my cousin’s house and play in his pool. Once, I chased his friend Adam until he cried. That kid is still scared of me.

Life is a glassy pool, the slightest, delicate touch can disturb a lifetime of rainfall. The dusky surface veils a world of unknown truency that chills those that venture deeper.
The sun reflected with cooling rays on the dusky surface of the pool. The glistening water, dappled with the shadows of leaves falling into its icy path, was disturbed by a final leaf, that pierced its very glassy tip.

Amazing weather is what is needed for this to be used. It reminds me of summer time and of hanging out with the girls near the pool. I can’t wait till next year comes around so that I wont have to deal with the cool weather.
Pool is a game and a watery hole and a group of like minded people and there you see the problem of this word. Indecision about ones purpose is what screws up everything.
Pool. How I wish it was summer time. Laying in the backyard, not a worry on my mind, my toes just dipped in the pool. When I’m around you, I take you for granted and I am sorry. I just wish you were and could be around me all of the time.
The green felt was worn out and faded under the fluorescent lights of the church’s rec area. We weren’t allowed to play with the pool sticks, but we could bump the balls into each other.
As she lay in a pool of her own blood she had to wonder how she ended up like this. It was supposed to be easy; kill her friend’s cheating husband and collect the money. Little did she know that her own husband had made the same arrangement.
