  15. The plaid skirt became a noose, strangling her morals and inhibitions, and in the ashes of their death she was reborn a minx, liberal and laughing, free to frolic on the dance floor.

  16. green, stripes, and something I like never wear. Plus when you look at the word, it should read “plade” – that’s how my son would pronounce it. English is such a hard language sometimes!

Then the stampede began, Edwin turned to run, but tripped face-first with his butt sticking up, and the Beefy Henderson the linebacker tripped, burying his face in Edwin’s nethers.

“Ha! I knew it!” yelled Edwin as his face got pounded beyond recognition.

  21. i LOVE plaid. I think my boyfriend looks so sexy in plaid shirts. I actually bought him a plaid shirt for Christmas. He loved it. I think I love plaid so much because everyone can pull it off. 28. Cheap
    So common
A faux pas piece of clothing
    Worn by every hipster
    With their counterculture foaming.

Your best bet is to take your boyfriend’s or your friend’s on some chilly night, use it as a sweater, and never give it back. And then even after you wash it it will smell like them.

  40. it was a hot day for a cornhole competition and i impatiently waited for the opposing team to show up as i sat around the hot sun. all of a sun a guy dressed in an absurd plaid shirt and bright plaid pants drunkenly showed up next to me saying he was my competition. he seemed completely at ease until we started practicing. of course the alcohol in his system made him feel much more comfortable while my partner and i were playing this to win. it wasn’t very often that girls were part of these tournaments, and it was very often that girls were actually well…good. the hot sun continued to beat down as i picked up my sack and got ready to throw.
