  2. The sweet, ever present taste of a mango is not something to treat lightly. So fresh and unique, even fun to say, it’s easily the most delectable fruit out there. Have you ever noticed everyone goes for the mangoes? There is reasoning behind that, simply because mangoes are the best.

  5. There was an orange mango that looked very delicious and tasty. People often fought to get it, but nobody ever ate it, for there was no other mango like it. One day, a stupid man somehow managed to win the mango. After he got it, he ate it. The end.

  6. Lassi. The first time I had a mango lassi was at an Indian restaurant in Kansas City, Missouri. I remember worrying that it was going to be kind of expensive, the whole menu looked expensive so adding on a fancy fruit drink was going to be even more expensive. When I drank it, though, I tasted it, smelled it, felt it, and just saw it it in a different way. It was gorgeous.

  8. Once upon a time, my grandmother, born in Cuba, was traveling around and stumbled upon a plantation owned by Ernest Hemingway. From what I hear, those mangoes were very delicious, and she did not hesitate to pick a mango from that tree and eat it. I can say with pride that my grandmother has stolen Hemingway’s mangoes.

  12. The mango that was on the vanity was odd. None of us really brought food into the theater unless it was one of us going oout for a last-minute dinner run to, say, McDonald’s or some fast food restaurant. So recieving the mango was something rare. It wasn’t until about three minutes later when I found who it was from.

  13. I once ate a mango on a deserted island. Tom Cruise was there too, but he was too bananas to care about the mango tree. He was talking about Oprah and scientology… total moron! But at least the mango was delicious, right? I guess if I had to be on a deserted island with some kind of celebrity, Tom Cruise is a great choice at least for the sake of entertainment.

She grinned, lips catching her fangs as she chomped on the delectable fruit.

  17. There was a green mango that always wanted to be red. All of his friends were red, heck, for that matter, all the other produce surrounding him was red! So he tried and tried to become red just like his produce peers. One day the cherry told him that they were all red because they wre embarrassed about not being green like him. He then turned red at the sound of that compliment.

  30. The book called “A Mango Shaped Room” always intrigued me. If that’s even what it was called. What was it about? Does that mean the room was circular? If I remember correctly there was a cat on the cover, and how or why did it relate to mangos at all?

    by Maura on 02.22.2011

  40. Mucho Mango! Reminds me of the summertime I’d pick up a Arizona Ice called Mucho Mango from 7-11 and my friends and I would make our way to the park guitar in hand refreshing beverages waiting to drank. Enjoying the sweet breeze and time shared together. Skipping rocks, playing songs, smoking weed, and enjoying that Mucho Mango.
