  1. When you dress it’s not just clothing, its purley your dressing your emotions for the day. When you wake up you need to decide how your gonna act and feel. Be yourself.

  2. Oh, it was a lovely dress. Pretty and blue and down to the floor, like something a princess would wear. She looked in the mirror, and turned around to admire the back, to see the way her hair coiled down like Rapunzel’s, all twisted and dark– like Rapunzel’s evil sister, she thought with a laugh.

  3. I love my prom dress. It’s a dream dress, for me. The second I put it on, I was in love and I just knew it was the dress I needed to have for prom. It’s purple. The back is all criss-crossed and it shows my tattoo. It’s flowing and perfect and it really fits my style. I couldn’t imagine a more perfect dress to wear on my senior prom!

  4. Dress that shore with the fowls a-lining. We’ve seen this and we know, so happily.. we know. The time unspent but still given and we are at least thankful. Dress that time and watch it grow.

  5. I once had a lovely pink dress I bought in Australia. It was light pink with silver detailing. I wore it to the Winter Formal my senior year of high school and felt absolutely beautiful. I still have. I still love that dress. And I still look good in it.

  6. The dress was red. Red? More like a deep crimson that set my soul on fire. I wanted to reach out. Hold her hand and tell her just how much I desired being close to her. Close enough to feel her breathing against my chest. Simply so, I loved that dress.

  7. It’s not that the dress was inappropriate for the wedding, per se (after all, in modern times, one can get away with wearing almost anything to a wedding), but it was more about the monkey lying across your neck, holding its tail. It kept flipping off the priest.

  9. People wear all different types of clothes.
It doesnt matter what you wear.
    It matters whats inside.

    What crap.
    Of course it matters.
If you didnt judge people on what they wore youd never know who to start talking to and who not to.
    It does matter.
    People are full of crap.
    Hypocrites.

  10. The dress was lavendar, perfect for what the day would bring. I looked around to make sure that no one saw me remove the dress from the plastic sleeve it was stored in. I imagined the look that his face would have when I glided down the stairs, and instantly my heart lit up like the rising sun. I have waited so long for this day and now it’s finally here and I will not let anything go wrong.

  12. I have one dress which will always stand out. It’s a black velvet and satin Dolce and Gabanna dress that I bought from Dublin. I’ve only worn it twice. It’s so beautiful I don’t like wearing it, I’m too afraid it’ll get damaged or torn.

    and a greatest age,
    to be forgotten and falling

    smallest promise
to turn into a life, shared

  19. I saw a very pretty dress in the store today. It was purple and had tiny yellow and pink flowers covering it. Perfect for summer, I thought! I gently picked up the dress, placed in against my body to see if it would fit. It was the perfect size! I eagerly took it up to the counter to pay for it. I was so excited!

I would like to one day wear a wedding dress.. that would be cool. i hope i get married one day… Maybe some day.. I’m 35 years old. When is that day gonna come? I would have a really pretty white wedding dress and I would dress my bridesmaids in some ugly color like everyone always does.

  25. The dress. The eone. The one she dreamed of. Her Mothe rbu her side. It was exacty as she could have imagined it. The idea of the day flowing through her mind. Sweet tears running down her face. It was the dress she would later piece together as a christening gown for her son. Her son named after her Mother. It WAS THE BEIGINNING OF TRADITIONS FOR THAT FAMILY. iT ALL STARTED WITH A DREAM. A DRREAM AND A DRESS. tHE IDEA OF IT…THE REALITY OF IT.

  26. That dress.

I love it when she wears that dress. The blue solid background matches the white polka dots perfectly. She looks tanner in it for some reason. It matches her blue eyes and highlights her blond hair.

    I’m in love.

  32. We’d been dating since my sophomore year, so it was no surprise when we declared we were getting married. We had the church, the cake, the preacher.. Yet, no dress. And the wedding was in a week (oh the joys of military life.) My mother’s dress, which I had planned to wear since I was in grade school, had been destroyed in Hurricane Katrina.

On a fluke, I went to a thrift store. It was 22.06. I had 23 dollars in my wallet. It was the most beautiful dress I ever wore, and my husband’s knees went weak when he saw me walking down the aisle. I’ve never been more proud.

It’s been several years, and the dress doesn’t fit anymore. But one day, I can just hope my daughter will be as proud, walking down the aisle to whomever has the honor of taking her as his bride.

  35. just more brainwashing to make us forget we are animals we’re different because we wear other animals.

  36. I bought a new dress today. It wasn’t your average kind of dress, especially not for a pretty girl. I don’t think people quite expected it of me. No frills, no long flowing silk train, no gems, not even a bow. Instead it was spotty, blue, the kind of dress you’d imagine a relative of Andy Pandy to wear. I could see my mums grimaces in my head as i floated to the cash regster. Yet i couldn’t care less. It was the dress i’d always wanted.

  37. I straddled him, wearing that little black dress I had worn to work. He reached up and brushed my hair out of my face. I knew then that the dress would be staying on. Not because I was afraid, but because I loved him so much that I just couldn’t go there yet. He was too special. As strange as that sounds..
