My sister lives in NY as do some of my male friends and they’re still straight as far as I can tell. Then again you have to wonder. He always did like theatre…

  18. There’s this birdhouse in my soul where cheesy bands play glorified novelty tunes. There’s this birdhouse where the cat does catch the mouse but in the masterstroke of cosmic irony doesn’t know what to do with it.

  19. Years ago, I saw the sweetest pole birdhouses at a nursery tradeshow. Multi-tiers of primary colored delicate architecture. My girlfriend bought 4, placing them strategicly within her designer backyard. Do you know, they’re all still empty? Remember when you traded your camoflage for style? How’d that work out?

  28. I love birdhouses…they come in all sizes with different number of holes. I love to see them hanging on trees with birds perched on the little “branches” . I just wonder how often you have to fill them up…and I wonder if you have to get speical bird food. Will the bird food you provide the make certain birds come..or do all birds eat any kind of food.

  34. There once were so many birds at my birdhouse that they started to bicker and banter. One big one chased all of the others around and around until they were all so dizzy that they fell to the ground. At which point a squirrel, so quick and sneaky, stole all the seed for which they’d been fighting.
