  1. As my father walked me up the aisle I thought, “what am I doing?” I really didn’t want to marry him. I’m only 21-years old, is this the only person that I’ll love for the rest of my life?

  2. the island held an ora about it that the trees split in front of us as aisles in a store, No, left or right, this way or that, I couldn’t deside. What is up with this place? The trees semmed to try to guide them.

  3. walking down the aisle, i stop suddenly as bright blue eyes catch the corner of my vision. they are peering at me from behind the soup cans on the other side of the shelf. one moment we stare at each other, then a disgruntled employee bumps into me-i lose my view, and she’s gone

  4. the aisle is crowded, and i am claustrophobic.
look at all the goodies that line the aisle.
too many to count. look at all of the bright colors. i love this aisle. this aisle is my home.
claustrophobia is a terrible thing for your home.
but im going to love it anyhow.

  5. as she walks down the red carpted wedding aisle, she glances up at the love of her life with tears in his eyes from her beauty in white. The day has arrived, and it is the happiest day of both their lives. They have planed and prayed for this day for as long as they can remember, and it is finally happening

  7. in supermarkets there are aisles, with many types of different foods and maybe if you are lucky, you can find other things like dvds or stationary or maybe even clothes, but whatever you are trying to find you will probably find, if you go to a supermarket, i live in london in the UK and some supermarkets are sainsburys and tescos.

  8. Mom took me to church one day and she wanted the aisle seat. Luckily, there was an empty bench up front. We sat down on the end. Two minutes before church started, a huge family came in and asked us to scoot. Mom stared at me, rolled her eyes, and scooted.

  11. Ok so I really want to make a pun of the word Aisle. Something like..’Aisle never get married again’. But frankly I can’t think where to go from there. Mind you I probably never will get married again but for positive reasons and not negative ones…….

  12. The man slipped down the aisle and saw a woman stare at him in disbelief. “Umm..” he said.” “It’s a slippery aisle. Be careful..” he smiled sheepishly. The woman couldn’t help but smile back and helped the man up. The aisle was a memorable place for them..but then he was gone. In just a split second…he breathed his last breath. Leaving their memories together since that one fateful day by the aisle.

  13. Must be 32 inches across to be accessible to all. This is vital for our society to function for all members in all ways. Exclusion ruins all societies and forces us to be narrower. Just like the aisle.

  15. When you walk down the aisle you are taking a huge step into your future. You will no longer be yourself, you will be a part of a larger being – a “we”. You will have to always consider the person you are marrying in all your decisions and you will have to love them. Divorce is not an option in the real world. It’s used for cowards.

  16. I never got to walk down the aisle. Aisles make me think of weddings. The bridesmaids come down the aisle on the arm of the oh my gosh I forgot what the guys are called….. groomsmen. Then the music stops and the wedding march begins

  17. She squeezed in between the gentleman with bad breath and the kid with the earphones, whose head was nodding gently in time to whatever he was listening to. this aisle was too tight, and the seats were too small as well. People’s legs were edging out into it, and elbows were creeping off the tiny armrests. Why had she chosen to fly Midget Air, anyway?

  18. I like to think about food and apples and oranges all neatly arranged in these things. Cleanups and stuff. How do those cleanups become necessary? Maybe people visit the supermarket to sabotage the industry. Cleanup in (insert Aisle here). What a shame. The food is so nicely arranged too.

  19. I walked down the isle of the Gem theatre, as I studied the screen to make sure all the wild natives were no longer present . The scene of those people made me so physically ill and frightened.I will remember that about my childhood and still be suprised.

  20. I was walking down aisle 7 in the grocery store. Aisle 7: Pickles, Olives, Condiments, Salad Dressing. The kind of people you see hanging out in this aisle are people who like to pretend they are foodies – when, in fact, they’re far from it.

  25. She went down the aisle with her long flowing train.
It was a Sunday, and everyone was proud.
The brides family sat plump in their seats as they watched their daughter walk towards them, a smile as wide as the sun. Surely this was their best day.

  29. I walked down the aisle of the supermarket with my trolley half-full. I reached for the last box of Cheerios – exactly the same time as the man next to me. I blushed and said “You take them…”
He said “No no, madam. I can have Frosties.” I looked into his eyes and we connected. For the first time in nine years, I felt at peace and truly happy. The feeling of true love.

  30. The snake-like aisle was tormenting me. I think it was safe to say that I’d never felt so challenged in my life. I would have just bolted out of there if I had to — but I didn’t.

  33. I ran down the aisle, shoes in hand. No destination in mind, just getting away to somewhere other than here. The aisle is technically only about 2 feet wide, but to me it was as wide as the world – an entrance ramp to the rest of my life.
