Acoustic guitars and instrument are the most beautiful sounding and looking instruments of all time. If one was compelled enough, he/she could make his own guitar and music, without anyone to help him…the perfect instrument.
The sound reverberated across the marble halls. The people chatting, the sound of wine glasses clinking. Gossip and ideas were floating about the room. Across the hall a band played but was ignored by everyone.
The way the music sounds — echoes, really — inside the empty dance hall is beautiful. It ricochets off the walls, and around, and around. The boom box on the floor shakes with the power of the words it’s putting out.
And you– you stand in the center of it all, with your head thrown back, kneeling, your face upturned, like you’re frozen in time.
You’ve been sitting there for the past half hour now, and I keep wondering, as I look in through the doorway, if you’re still thinking about me.
I’ve written about acoustic before. This is much less interesting than the word electric. I think in music obviously and language. So electric does both for me. Give me another word per favore. I can’t listen to ben harper all day. Or john mayer. Or anyone else that must use thier full artist name when making music. I’m gonna need some klaxons
acoustic guitars that are electric aren’t really all that acoustic then are they? But if a electric guitar is not electrified it’s not acoustic so maybe I’m just confused about when to use the acoustics and electrics.

guitars? acoustic music touches the soul in a different way because if forces you to focus on the simple beauties in music. you listen to the lyrics, the basic chords and maybe you can find something deeper. sometimes you need to peel back the complexities of life and just feel it.
When I see the word acoustic I think of country music and some rock music that isnt electric. Acoustic music soothes the soul and relaxes the mind. The acoustic guitar is beautiful and personal at the same time. Not everyone enjoys acoustic but I personally do. It makes me happy when I’m angry, and calm when I’m hyper.

an acoustic guitar plays good music. it doesn’t amplify the sound. this songs are rather simple. acoustic poems are also interesting. i use this form all the time. im poetic and i actually love writing. i really want to learn how to play the guitar too.

the acoustic guitar was her prized posession. Her father gave it to her, when she was 12 yrears old. It was way too big for her, at the time, but he told her that she’d grwo into it. And she did. not only did she grow into it, but she grew to love it. Now that he was gone, it was the one thing that brought him back to her when she needed him.
a boy was playing the guitar outside the cafe downtown. no one really payed him any attention he just played old songs and hummed to himself for hours everyday. after he finished he would head to the park and a pick the same bench and fall asleep.

Acoustic music is something that’s much more personal that electronic music. It seems closer. Songs that you’ve heard a million times in their original form can sound totally different and emotional and close to the heart when it’s played acoustically. When I hear acoustic I think of the 3 AM by Matchbox 20 preformed acoustically by their main singer, and it is amazingly touching. It’s a great form of music.
music with only the sound of your voice and a guitar. no fancy background sounds or auto tone, just you and the realness of the sound in your voice. it sounds perfect to your ear. every time
Drums. I remember going to the University and sitting in the audience. The student we’d come to see was an Asian girl with long, long hair. We knew her from church and piano but had never seen her with mallets in her hands. Her arms flew as she beat out a rhythm that was something between a tribal beat and a symphony. The mallets were soft yet firm, a study in themselves, and her wiry presence on the stage electrified.
