Kara peeped out the curtain. Te audience was large. She leaned against the wall and eyes, breathing hard. This is what she had dreamed of. This is what she had lived for, practiced for, strived for. It was now or never. When her cue came, she danced like no one was looking.

I hated that class. It was the epitome of chaos. I needed structure in my classes, for I had an organized personality. At least, that was before. Before my desk was always clean and nice. I always had my homework finished on time, if not early. I always had time for social functions. I always made good grades. My future was so bright I needed sunglasses. But like I said, that was before.
