I think of a comic book character who got lost from herself. she was leashed but there was nothing holding her because there was nothing TO her. she had lost herself and that was the irony of her name that she was tethered to her complete lack of identity. it is a scary and often present thought in my mind.
I guess its sad tos ay that i think of sex when i read this. I think of dirty pleasures and happy endings and mutual pleasure. I hate it when this term is used for only one partner and not the other. both should be pleased and satisfied to the fullest extent.
