He couldn’t be trusted. I could just tell by the look in his eyes as he stared at me from across the table. His dark brown hair hung in his eyes giving them a darker more sinister look. If he ever thought it I was going to sign the papers in front of me he was an idiot. I pushed the papers away from me and began to stand. As a pushed my chair away from me he grabbed my hand with his large, clammy one.

i hope that i am trusted by many people. i always tell my kids that if you’re honest you can be trusted. i bet they get tired of hearing it. trust me. what else can i say about it?

My ‘trusted’ is busted and it can’t be fixed. There is nothing left but spare parts and broken bits, bent nails that can’t be hammered straight.

Instincts, instinctual, gut feelings at the animal level. It’s instantaneous. Afterwards comes the logic and the thoughtfulness and the questions. Were the instincts right or wrong? Time will tell.

i trusted him. i trusted him with everything. i told him all my secrets. gave him all my love. and he blew it away like a piece of dust on his shoulder. all that time i trusted him and the only thing he whispered into my ears was lies.

I was once trusted.
But one day trust grew out feathers,
that became wings.
And with a sudden summer breeze.
It flew away inside your kiss.

friends must be trusted, people have to trust each other in order to have a good relationship, TV shows have main characters who often have to learn to trust or work with each other. Trust is like, a mother and their child or a working family or a kid and their pet whom they love explicitly. People describe unconditional love as love without boundaries, love that needs no limits, love that will forever trust. People should trust more often, but at the same time, some people don’t like such responsibility, of holding that person’s faith on their backs and may break the trust. Friendships are made on trust, even when a friend just says “I’ll call you back.” And they don’t, you feel betrayed because you put your trust in everything they do and in their word. Sometimes, people don’t mean to trust so deeply, but there isn’t really much you can do then. I think love is built on trust and I think that when there is not trust, there cannot be love. That’s why unlikely relationships can go on and people who fight every day can still love one another, but when you start to mistrust someone, you withdraw yourself from them so that you can’t be hurt, and that’s why people start to have relationship problems. If people were more open, would they love more deeply? Or would they love everything equally? Would that be better for that person? Sometimes, it’s hard to know what it can be, but everyone should go out and find trust on their own. When I think about being trusted explicitly, I think of my little sister. When she was a toddler, just learning to talk, she trusted me more than anyone. If I told her to close her eyes and fall-she would without hesitating, or jump into a pool for me to catch her when she’d almost drowned. She doesn’t trust me like that anymore, not at all, which is why I feel deeply sad thinking back on it…

I trusted him. As hard as I had tried to keep myself away, it was all for nothing. If I was going to end up this way why did I bother trying so hard in the first place?
By Ava URL on 03.31.2011
i thought i did. maybe i knew i didn’t does it even matter. trust isn’t what you think it’s not about infidelity or money. it’s about knowing someone. really understanding the nature of the person to be trusted. but it’s also about them knowing you.

I thought I trusted my cat, turns out that was a bad decision. You know how people tell you “cats won’t care if you die”? Well that proves true in my case. I died. My cat just ate my body. I regret the day I named him Hannibal.
By Nadia on 03.31.2011
trusted like a dog, like a cat. trusted is my brother, he is the one friend i know i have always trusted and always will. trusted is a word, a vote, an example of confidence and hope. trusted is a statement of friendship and love. trusted like the rain and the sun and life.
By Laura Stoltzfus on 03.31.2011
i don’t trust people. i never trusted people, never fully trusted people at least. nobody knows all of my secrets. i mean, some people think they might, but nobody knows what i do when i’m alone, or what i think of or what i am actually like. no one know why i always need attention, or why i am so loud and obnoxious at times.
By florentyna on 03.31.2011
trusted, I fucking trusted you. never again will i trust somebody. i can’t believe what you’ve done. you broke my mind! you destroyed my childhood. and for what? sick thrills? i hope you choke on the shit you talk. i trusted you as a “mother” you were supposed to help me. not ruin me. i fucking trusted you.
By Ellie URL on 03.31.2011
i trusted you with every word you said. until now, i still do. sometimes i wonder if you still think of me like i used to, because i know i do. they say once two people become best friends, it’s a lifetime thing. is it true? i don’t really know.
By clarice on 03.31.2011
I trusted too many people in my life, but was that necessarily a bad thing? It is easy to lose faith in people but most are okay, trouble is one lets you down and that is the one that stays in your memory. it is better to think of the positive than the negative, but be cautious and sensible at the same time.
By Xylvablue on 03.31.2011
Worthy, reputation, bank, money to trust worthy people, honest, feelings, hurt, lie, never to be trusted again. Only one chance. Burn bridges. No time to waste.

I am a good girl. Or at least I was. I was always trusted growing up. Everyone knew they could trust lil old cheyenne. She was a christian goody-two-shoes. But k=now I’m growing up and becoming myself, and I don’t like what I
‘m seeing, but how can I change what I’m becoming? I can’t.

Trusted, busted, and rusted. That’s my old typewriter speaking to me from the bottom of my closet. “Can’t I just come out for a little while, just to see what the world looks like now. I’ve heard so much about computers and keyboards.”

The crescendo rose, the final act upon them. The fluid motions of dance, poetry in motion, just stole the viewers away from their seats. As she rose to the finale, about to make the final jump, like all the other times she knew not what was going to happen, if he’s catch her. She jumped anyways, not because the show had to go on, because she saw in his eyes the assurance that he’ll not fail her. So she jumped from above, to fall into the arms she trusted

i’m a very trusted person, people trust me because they know they can. Me on the other hand have trouble trusting people. People are not to be trusted because you never know when they’ll turn their back on you. trusted is a word that many people like to hear and like to be compared with.

You feel the weight of the impact in your hands and wrists before you feel it in your soul. As each strike cuts deeper and deeper you realize, you were right to use this axe. Even when it begins to break away, the head from the handle.

trusted people are the most loved. there is nothing more important to any kind of relationship, whether it’s romantic, platonic, or professional. being trusted will ensure that the relationships you have with people will last. what’s worse is being mistrusted. nothing you say will ever matter because no one will know if it’s real. being mistrusted is the worst feeling in the world.

I trusted him to do the right thing. That was my first mistake. I found, to my dismay, that his untrustworthiness was a big part of his personality for his entire adult life. Our lives became mired in his deception.
First, letters from collection agencies began filling our mailbox. Then the telephone calls from bookies and other ne’er-do-wells who were more than eager to loan him money and charge their usurious rates.

trust. its a funny thing really, like a flaw in nature. something that unnecessarily attaches you to other humans. like i did with you. i trusted you, i opened up my soul and let you in. You took a dagger and poured your rage on me. I trusted you and only you…

To be trusted, to be respected and held in the embrace of the intimacy named friendship? Trust is to hold the sentiments and artifacts of a mind besides your own, and to be held responsible and obliged to hold them and protect them as if they are your own.

trust is so hard, only someone ou love deserves your trust. trust exists someties in families, always in love. you cannot have love without trust. i trusted in the past and have been let down, i will trust again. i do not trust trust. i like to give people chances and i do trust now. trust is rewarding when it is real. I trust my boy and love him
