  29. Being specific can show the beauty of what the writer is trying to convey. The reader will have a better understanding of what they are reading, and the writer will feel more confident in their writing abilities if they are being specific. Being specific conveys details that are needed to express what the point is. In a story, it can take you to somewhere different, mentally anyway.
