crouched down on the floor. crying my eyes out. i don’t know why he left me. why he dropped that bomb. i loved him. i cared about him. so now i’m just crouched down in the fetal position. hugging my legs. curious if i’ll ever find someone i love again.

I crouched under the couch to see the feet of someone, I crouch even more as I barely fit and can hide myself…the foot steps get close and I decide surprising the person from my crouch poition would be my only means of escape. I jump out and, “Tom Junior! Don’t crouch under the bed!”

She was in a crouch position…not because she was fearing her life but because she was fearing others’ lives. On all fours now, the sweat dripped down her ryes an onto the floor making thick puddles and making it impossible to see where she was. If only she’d listened to Marta she knew she wouldn’t be in this position. But she didn’t…listen that .s

i crouch along the shores
the water lapping at my ankles
i see a fin caress the tops of the waves
kissing them softly
and as i watch a seagull passes overhead
cawing softly to its lost love.

i see the man crouch before me. is it a sign of fear? a sign of betrayl, as in he is about to spring on me? i must trust him, trust this man i don’t know and have never seen before, because he holds the key to me finding out everything

at first I thought it said couch and it made me sleepier than I already am. crouch. lion? why lion. crouch before pouncing on prey. oh this is a happy writing. well I get that I’m tired and thinking about prey. which makes since. haven’t slept much and am chasing by not chasing. which is not very lioness of me. no wonder I suck at it. cold is not my forte. I wanna be nice :/

Sit and bend in there my friend. You have to go all the way down and look for it. You can do it. I know you can. But don’t hesitate and give me what I want, ok? Or I’ll blow your brains out. This is the last time I warn you. Than you.

Why the hell do guys who are 6’2″ feel the need to crouch when they walk through a door. I mean really, what makes you think you might actually hit your head. you just watched your 6’7″ friend walk through with no problem. You are not as tall as you think! How tall am I?…6’2″, why?

I crouch behind the couch, hiding and waiting for the right moment to appear. The room is dark. I can hear breathing from my nearby friends and family. I hear a door open and the light switches on. Footsteps come closer to the living room, then stop.
“Surprise!” I yell with everyone as we jump from our crouched hidden places. My sister’s hand flies to her mouth and she gasps. Then she starts laughing as we swarm towards her to wish her a happy birthday.

He was below the brush, leaning into the sticks and leaves. It was a far-fetched idea, but just may work. He was certain that his hat could still be seen, if one looked close enough beneath the branches. He crouched lower to the ground, his fingers digging into the mulch, back aching with the awkward contortion of his body.

And as he crouched on the ground eyes turned towards the vast arctic sky he realized his foolish quest for the better things in life was pointless. He would always be fruitless unless he spoke from his heart, the girl he loved was right in front of him and he could never grasp her unless he followed his heart. She loved him too.

Crouch, she crouched behind the couch in fear. The man had entered the house and she had no idea what his intentions were. Her knees creaked in pain of the cramped position. She shook in fear and the couch easily hid her. Crouch. That’s what she did when men like this always barged into her home. She didn’t know that this was a place for criminal activities.

Crouch. She crouched in fear behind her father. She didn’t like to meet new people. She was shy. Oh so shy. She hated living life like this. Her father told her to present herself to his coworkers. She shook her head. She had remembered one of them. He had told her that he liked her a lot. And would one day live with him. She crouched to escape.

she knelt down into a crouch, eyes trained upon the gazelle floating on fleet hooves through the forest. eyes narrowed, breath held still as the taut string was carefully and cautiously brought back, and then–twang! it slid effortlessly through the air, through skin and muscle and heart and bone, just like it had during more practical times when he was the one in the crouch.

He crouched down, ready to pounce on my back as I ran. I sprinted as fast as possible in my flips flops and he took off soon after, catching up with me and wrapping his arms around my torso, swinging me around in a playful embrace.
Man. I love this kid.

She sighed, knowing he was there. He knew she knew his hiding place.
She cleared her throat. “You gonna stay there all day?”
He straightened from his crouch, a strong smirk tugging at his lips. He lifted the gun and fired.
The lights on her laser tag vest went out. She screwed up her face – she hadn’t been expecting that.

I crouched behind the desk, counting down silently. I calculated my chances of getting out of here alive, and decided not to count on that, as the chances were, err, slim. I closed my eyes and held my breath, waiting for the words that were sure to come…
READY OR NOT, HERE I COME!
I listened to my younger cousin and bit my lip to help from laughing.

I crouch down to hide from the one thing that frightens me; you. I can’t get away, you always find me. I don’t know where to go. Why do you do this to me? Why can’t I just escape from all of the pain? You don’t know what you’re doing to me. You’re too blind.

Crouch to squat. My daughter can crouch. My son can crouch. There was a movie about a crouching tiger and a hidden dragon. It is hard to crouch. So I am told. you don’t have to crouch to sit on the couch. c; That is all… the end.

i was crouching down on the field waiting for the pitcher to make her strike. The ball was lightening fast and I was hoping the batter would miss her shot and land the ball straight into my hand. It was the complete opposite of that, she instead hits the ball causing a home run and bases were loaded. The crowd cheers on as she scores and I stand in frustration, legs hurting from crouching, and all I can manage to say was son of a gun.

Flustered that she was found, Alisa arose from her crouched position behind the tuba case and stepped over a ledge to get out of the corner. “How’d you possibly find me?” He ignored her question.
“For God’s sake, Alisa, I cant believe you’re skipping another class! You need to get your act together! You’ve been warned by the director before that if any more of your grades slipped you’ll be kicked out of the ensemble!”

low, he thought. he remembered words, stealthy in his mind: quiet as a shadow, soft as falling snow, fear cuts deeper than swords. dressed in dark linen – never black – he waited, feeling (but never hearing) his own breath whoosh through the delicate bones of his jaw and cheeks. alert in the cold, hands around the small dagger that he would use to pry apart the blades, he waited.

forward on the balls of your feet, being extra careful aware of the tiny thing as you pluck it from the carpet; turn it over and over and over in your hands. under the dim Olive Garden light it smiles very sweetly, deflecting the light off of itself just /so/ and into your kind-of-gaunt-but-not-all-that-bad face. stars.
you notice that it can’t even fit over the tip of your littlest finger.
you right yourself very slowly. slow enough to register the different little pushes and pulls of muscle and bone. slow enough for dozens of eyes to notice and look on, dripping with pity.
you straighten the collar of your shirt, smooth back your hair, pay the bill and leave a twenty-dollar tip.
you slip the ring into your pocket and start walking sort of funny lopsided under its delicate weight.
the smell of perfume lingers, warm and lovely, in the air.
