  1. “I got a love who really trusts me, I got a Iove who likes to hug me, I got a love who really needs me. Don’t it make me mighty fine…” The static on the radio crackled over the joyous voice on the wire, “Lila?! Is that you honey??? Lila it’s me, Jerry! Lila pull over right now, let me explain, please, honey. It’s not what you think! No, honestly, please don’t drive towards me! I can explaiiiiinnnnn…”

I thought it was weird, since I was listening to this in my driveway and the signal is always strong here, so I reached for the dial and turned it off, cause first of all my name ain’t Lila. And second, I’m over today’s pop on the radio, random telenovela programs too. Third, last but not least, I had made a new playlist to cure this disease. As the orchestra began the movement of the first suite, I started the ignition. Word, this day was off to a start alright.

  3. The all mighty beast bore it’s mighty snout. The princess ran as quickly as she could down the steps, praying her horse hadn’t run away from all the flames collecting around her tower. A couple scratches and scuffs wouldn’t stop her from escaping the beasts blazing torture.

  4. The might pen has killed the sword. The sword has haunted my dreams and made my days uneasy. But now, as I write, I feel mighty. I feel as if I can conquer what has been in the back of my mind for all these years. I am might, hear my words!

  8. The wave smashed into the wall with a mighty blast, and the brickwork creased inward, collapsing under the tremendous force of the wave and the weight of the bricks above, The whole western side of the wall gave way, crumbling into dust washed away by the sea water. Above, the tower groaned and bowed, falling forward into the sea, and the light was doused as it all crumbled into the swell. In a moment, the lighthouse was gone, and that would allow the storm to claim many more lives that night.

  10. Hold yourself high and mighty, elevated above the rest of the plebeians, above the masses. No, you’re wondrous, enlightened, amazing. Dedicated meditation showed you the way, truth, and the light through the emptiness, which is really your own soul.

  11. The pen is mightier than the sword is something one should live by. We learned it when we were a child but this saying is something that is useful lifelong. but now a days its more like speech is mighter than the sword.

  12. she felt mighty under him, next to him, with him. like she could take on the world. she prayed her gain of might from him did not lend to his depletion. did he have enough for them both? is he sharing without knowledge, losing with no clue why?

  13. The mighty falcon flew over us, crying out. It made a bizarre noise–one that I had never heard a falcon make before. It sounded as if it had been wounded somehow. Just as I expected, I saw it ungracefully swooping down in jagged figure 8s before landing at our feet.

  14. The mighty, bright sun peaked over the horizon as we held hands. It felt like the warm glow of the sun simultaneously reached into our hearts and dried our tear-stained faces. Slowly we turned our gaze to look at each other’s faces. “We made it,” he whispered. “I know,” I replied. And with that, I rested my head on his shoulder.

  15. And just like the mighty he had fallen. He was denied entrance to his home. His heaven. The gates locked to him forever. The lone angel hung his head. He was forced to do the one thing every fiber of his being begged him not to do. He asked for help from mankind.

  16. ‘You must be mighty proud, having a son like that. To do what he did… shoot, I couldn’t do that. Nobody could but him. Shoot…’

I decided to bite my tongue and not let anyone else know I was listening.

  17. Someone who holds all the power. Someone wise, maybe a master, a king, someone in charge. One who detains the control over something enormous, or a big number of people. Someone you can look up to, that has a lot of history of corageous acts. Powerful. Great. A king, perhaps.

  18. Mighty angel, atop cloud steed. Roaring through the sky and tearing up the blue with streaking airtrails. The ground rumbles as you rage past. We little ones look up and shield our eyes. There he goes, the mighty angel, the one with the angry coat-of-arms stitched to his chest.

  19. The heir of the last known royal lineage was a ruthless person. As high and mighty as his name sounded, he masked his insecurities under his cold persona. His demonic ways always got him into trouble, for which his sister rescued her little brother.
Inspire of this, we was the successor to the throne.

  21. Thor battled the raging war with his mighty hammer Mjolnir and The Warriors Three by his side. It was no longer a matter of honour, of morality, but a circumstance of brute force and a means to an end. The end of Malekith and his dark elves, who sought to bring darkness to all the realms.

  22. Power fell from the sky toppling like an unwanted skyscraper that nobody could remember who had put there. Kings had fallen. We were unwanted. Might could turn the ashes into fire and back again, but nobody noticed. What is a leader without a pack behind? Men think they hold the world but they slowly slowly lose every last bit of it.

  27. She held on tight she didnt want to let go. He was with her, he was mighty. She was now starting to believe. But it was no longer valuable the man in front of her was the mab the talked about everywhere no matter where yoy where. he was god the mighty. Now she had so called faith, but no it wasnt there anymore. She didnt have faith because the had to see it to believe it.

  28. “He was mighty with a sword and shield.”
Whatever that meant.. She smiled to herself-amused at her mental comment- then closed her book; setting it aside and staring into her own world.

  29. They say the mighty will fall, and the weak shall inherit the earth. I think all of them needs to go back to school to study basic science and anatomy. The weak can’t inherit squat. They’re WEAK. I mean, how else could you explain my continual success as a human being? I am one of the mighty. I have inherited the earth. I have minions to do my bidding, and I don’t fall victim to the stupid villain tropes like explaining one’s evil plan in great detail. You know what that would make me if I did that? Weak.

  30. The mightiest do not always live to see the end. The mightiest do not always make the best decisions, the smartest choices, or the bravest moves. Sometimes the mighty can be the first to fall, the hardest to land, the ones that shatter into the most pieces. It’s a hard truth, but undeniable, none the less. The mighty can be beautiful and strong, but sometimes, all that’s left are the weak.

  31. I am the mighty one. I am the one who holds the power. The breath of God is in my mouth.

  32. I believe that God is the most mighty, the king, the ruler of all, and creator of everything including myself.

  33. Mighty was the chaos of the dance of the song of the invisible noise museum that we are all blessed with the curse of love.

  34. we are mighty as the wind, rushing through the night, calling out wild war calls, breaking the peace as we spurn the calm and give birth to thundering joy. feel us reach out to you and lure you into the wildness that we hold with our hands and give away careless as we always are

  35. mighty heart
    of mountain smoke
    and star dust,
    you held my hand
    in the backseat
    of your parents car
    and my skin thrilled
    at the warmth of your
    calloused palm.

  36. She was tiny,
    maybe 4 years old
puttering around next to the pool
    but not swimming
    He was a grown man,
thought to tease her a bit,
he made a move as if to tickle or scare
She balled up her fists and ran right for him
    uncowed, defiant

  37. When i was younger, I had a mighty might. I was hardheaded. My feet didn’t stink as much. My muscles wouldn’t cramp. My drinking didn’t affect me as badly. These days, the only mighty thing is the looming sentiment of regret.

  38. The mightiest do not always live to see the end. The mightiest do not always make the best decisions, the smartest choices, or the bravest moves. Sometimes the mighty can be the first to fall. It’s a hard truth, but one that is undeniable… The mighty can be beautiful, but sometimes, all that’s left are the weak.

  39. The mouse squealed loudly. Sharon started. She’d never heard such a mighty sound from something so small before.

  40. Where does the ground tremble? Where do the trees shake, as if in fright? Where does man cower below the skies? Where do the very elements shout and clash, then calm, as if gentled by a mighty hand?
