  1. Samantha with her blue eyes and her thin layered blond hair shining in the sun did not realise she was graced with solitude, with a peace of mind, with a roof over her head and a single mother who spoiled her with dresses, with silver shoes, and ribbons to tie her hair up with.

Mohamed with his skillful mind, building vehicles and creating makeshift tools out of what was available around his house was not aware that there were kids his age with little to no knowledge on what craftsmanship is.

  3. there are two types of people graced and disgraced. Graced are the ones who have had focus in life and these people did what they most liked to do. The world loves them and graced them.

  4. He graced Alfred with his presence. It was rare to have his company during breakfast, their different schedules conflicted time together,

  5. Earnestly, I used to be
    Surrounded completely,
Encompassed in a way I only
    Ever though possible within
    The boundaries of storybooks.
    You looked and watched,
    But never judged, ever
Being a second sight for me,
A pair of eyes when mine
    Would frolic about the world
    In their frivolous fashion,
An extra hop in my step
    When my legs would
    Have normally tripped
    Over themselves,
    A voice in the back
    Of my head reminding me
    Not to lose patience;
I had nowhere to truly be,
    Nowhere I needed to go;
    Reminding me that all
I had to do, was nothing,
    For that was all
    Any of us
    Could ever hope
    To truly amount to,
    At the time
    Of the dust.

  6. it was strange to say that she graced us
because there was little scowl in the corner of her face
and at one point i saw her throw it all over the side.
she was real for a flash,
and i saw her for her the first time
    and it was terrifying and
    truth burned in her eyes
and i wondered which stars were out tonight.

  7. At last she graced the hall with her presence. Her long hair was pinned up neatly, a few curls escaping, while her white gown trailed behind her, simple yet elegant.

  8. I’d never been graced with such a shy presence in my ballroom. The man was cute rather than handsome, and he sported a half-beard as an attempt at masculinity. His uniform was tailored beautifully and the decorative sword hung at his side gallantly. His eyes were icy bright, I realized, as they met mine. His hand extended towards me and he asked me, reddening, to dance.

  9. I’d never been graced with such a shy presence in my ballroom before. A tall man, cute rather than handsome, and a half-beard that signified attempted masculinity. His uniform was neat and tailored well- incredibly well, I realized. His eyes met mine as he extended his hand and asked to dance.

  10. i have been graced; please allowed to feel gratitude, express gratitude, remember all the good things I have and not be so concerned with what I don’t. But also to reach toward things I would like to have in my life and remember the kindness of others, appreciate what they give and not be so concerned with what they can’t or won’t give me.

  11. He acted like he was gracing me with his presence – as if I were lucky to be around him.

I was not. He prodded and poked at all my insecurities, laughed, refused to leave my room, my house, when I stammered out requests for him to. He was cruel, and annoying, and the only way to get him to leave me alone was to trick him into it.

  12. “Ugh, she’s so RUDE,” she muttered, crossing her arms as she narrowed her eyes at the slightly older girls retreating form, “She barely even LOOKED at us, for the gods’ own sake,”
Her uncle’s eyes widened in shock before he quickly glanced around them, making sure no one else had heard. “Chardrie, contain yourself! That the queen graced us with her presence at all marks us amongst her most favored of subjects,”
“Well, I for one don’t feel very favored,”

  13. You think that you graced me with your presence. You think that I’m privileged to be receptor of your words. Well, you’re wrong. You have wasted my time with your worthless, baseless speech.

  14. Ted walked into the club a little hesitantly, but soon noticed John and some others by the bar. “Ted, old boy, good to see you!” John gestured for him to join them. “Been a while since you’ve graced us with your presence!” “Yes!”, Ted replied, “I’ve been down in Florida taking care of some business!” John smiled, knowing that by “Florida” he actually meant the Federal lockup in Coleman, and the “business” he was taking care of was a two year stint for stock fraud. He couldn’t mention that in front of anyone, of course, it would be bad form to embarrass his old tennis partner!

  15. I felt graced to have shared these moments with Phillip. Even though he was no longer with us I felt so blessed to be the one who got to hold to his, kiss his lucious lips, rub my hands through his soft brown conditoned hair. The cancer took over his whole body but even while he was on the cold hospital bed, in the cold white room he told me I made him feel alive.

  16. The commoners bowed, blessed to be graced by the warden’s presence. Norine’s eyes swung left and right as the sea of ragged people sank to their knees and touched their foreheads to the dusty court. There was one form that did not shrink down, however. Amelia’s blonde curls were like a beacon reflecting the sun over the writhing bed of servile, desperate folk. Norine was both incredibly proud and inextinguishably angry.

  17. “so glad you’ve graced us wit your presence”
It’s true, the light filtered through the window and pulled an angelic glow out of her diaphanous gown as it fluttered and she sat down.
    the bitch.

  18. She graced the halls with her presence. Everything about her was poised, considered, calculated. A single glance from her sent worlds traveling down your spine. A single word from her was enough to keep you awake all night. We were all madly in love with her, I’m sure, though I can’t quite remember now–it’s hard to remember a girl who moved like the air itself, who kept her true self an enigma.

  19. I am graced each day by God showing me his beauty. While working I came upon a rose bush that was a deep scarlet red.

  20. She’d been graced withe her purple eyes and bluish hair, that’s what people said. She’d been graced with a family that loved her, a brother that cared for her and friends that would stand up for her. Still, she was unhappy.

  21. How is it possible to write about grace and the things I have been graced with without mentioning God? I don’t think it is!

He has graced me with a life that is free of my fluttering, self-doubt. He has graced me with the chance to love in a way that doesn’t ache and hurt and make me long to be loved back. He has graced me with forgiveness.

There is such freedom in His grace.

  22. millions of seconds
    have passed
    your face, your fingers
    blessed this place
    your breath, your light
    too long excused
    your scent, your feel
    with no trace
    remembering
    I am graced

  23. I was graced with her presence. Honestly. I never knew I like girls until I saw her. Everything about her was beautiful her laugh, her perfect smile and her kind spirit. She literally graced everyone with her presence when she was around. I wanted to make her mine more than I have ever wanted anything in my life.

  24. i have been graced with a good life. Its not a perfect life but it has been a good life. i have three handsome boys, one deceased parent , one father who is still alive and a husband who has been in the process of becoming an ex for 6 years. Still its a good life with some excellent, first class friends and the freedom to colour each new day as I see fit!

  25. She graced him with her presence. It was an obvious fact that she didn’t have any need to be there. She was standing beside him purely out of her own choice, and that alone was enough to make him feel as if his breath might completely escape him and end up causing him to collapse. He was falling for her more than he could’ve ever guessed, and it was getting maddening.

  26. “How nice that Samantha graced us with her presence,” Kayla remarked dryly as she opened up her lunch bag. “I can’t wait until she fills us in more on how sinful we are.”

Leslie nodded gravely before turning back to her can of soda. While the initial two weeks of coming out had been uneventful, it was almost as if the fundamentalists were finally getting the so-called guts to confront her. So far, obviously, not much had fazed her, but the biblical references were getting a little overwhelming, and reminding her of her parents.

  27. She was graced with the power to control the shadows. Giving them life was her specialty. He on the other hand had a knack to control the light bending twisting and refracting it. They were complete opposites but were placed in the same dorm at the boarding school for the supernatural.

  28. They said she was graced with beauty. Like that made her lucky.

    Right.

It wouldn’t really help her much, not here, not really. Beauty wouldn’t save her. It wouldn’t save anybody else either, for that matter.

  29. Trevor never felt all that special. He more or less went about his daily life with a quiet confidence in the brilliant mind that God graced upon him, yet a modesty so understated that he never bothered to do anything special with that robust mind of his.

  30. Oh, so you have graced her with your love?
Yes, and she has received it with great appreciation.

  31. I was graced with the gift to see flaws in myself, short comings, things that I lack that everyone else wouldn’t notice.
Sadly, this has lead me to nothing but trouble.

  32. Graced with breath
    Graced with health
Graced with melanin skin kissed by God
So grateful to be in this skin that I’m in
Descended from generations of strong black men and women
Love felt in every step it take
Graced with this legacy of strength

  33. I wasn’t as happy as I could have been. You show up in my life when I least expect it, turning my would upside down. I can’t do this anymore. I can’t keep holding on to something that will never happen. So to answer your question, no. I am not graced by your presence. Quite the opposite.

  34. When you first talked to me I felt graced by your attention. Your eyes, so intense. Then we parted ways and I thought about what a mistake it was to have taken for granted the short time we had together. The short time I had to tell you how ridiculously happy I felt that you had ever looked at me.

  36. He had graced them with his presence. Why wouldn’t that be enough? He, after all, was the one who brought them together. He, who had already left the 4th grade, came back to them, to be their king for at least one more time before he’d have to find a new place to rule over in Arizona.
But they werent glad, not even a bit. The tiny dirtied girl stood on the branch he had always kept as his throne.
“Get outta here!” She hissed, taking out her sling shot. The older boys around her did the same.
Betrayal. His eyes wandered through the small group, glaring at the back stabbing comrades.
They had already replaced him and he was only gone for a week.
“You back stabbin’ assholes!” He growled and the forest repeated.
The look on their faces was very satisfying as he stood there for a moment, taking it in.
Finally when his mother’s voice rung out from the back porch, he smirked at them almost smugly and turned on his heel, leaving them with gaping mouths. They were probably surprised since he never, ever swore.

  37. I am graced by his love. He is the Savior who graces us all with his love. Why are we? Greater love hath no man than this. Than he lay down his life for his friends.

  38. He graced the table with an arrogant look that took in the women along his left with a stare that was unselfconscious as it was direct, keeeping his eyes on each of the three women for beat a longer than was comfortable for their assorted men sitting on the right.

  39. Sometimes in life we need to think about all the things we have been graced with, such as our health, our children, and life itself. Only then will we be able to appreciate life and find true happiness.

  40. Faced.
