  9. All who wonder are not lost. I read this today on a bumber sticker and it is so true. We spend our entire lives searchong for something that we do not even know, yet we are not lost. The greatest part of life is the search, and the thrill of the journey. I am wanderig. I believe that having a set direction is a tad bit boring. So why not wander?

  17. I don’t wander like I used to. I used to wander the halls of my high school, just to see who I’d run into. I used to wander the streets of my neighborhood when angry, kicking rocks with the seething hate inside me. I used to let my thoughts wander through my brain’s channels, finding new and exciting thoughts. Instead, now I just walk down narrow paths, closed in by others’ expectations. No more kicking rocks to see where they go.

I’d say that’s about right. When the river bed has run dry, it’s time to pull what left of yourself that is part of that place and start walking. Leave your regrets behind and wander towards the future.

  24. I am wandering right now. In my mind. Because I don’t know what to write about the word ‘wander.’ What a weird word. If you say it a lot in your head, it doesn’t sound like a word any more. Try it. Seriously. It’s is kind of stupid. Oh well. I guess I don’t know why I am on this website because it’s stupid.

  26. Aimlessly walking through the halls is what I do best. Head down, phone out, pretend to be texting… all while being secretly vigilant of the boy walking two steps ahead of me. Then yesterday, he turned around and said, “Hannah, you looked flustered” with a chuckle. I smiled and talked with him all the way home. I’ve spent been eleven months meandering around, and all I wanted was for him, my friend, to notice how nervous he makes me. Yesterday I learned I make him just as anxious wandering these halls too.

    there will be no change

  35. I wondered as I wandered.. that’s a song isn’t it?

I just realized yesterday’s word was “Wand.” Maybe a “Wander” could be someone who wields a wand. It could be a derogatory term for someone who waves one around a lot, used by those who can turn you to dust with just a point of their finger.

    without you.

Taking a deep breath she felt her heart stop when she heard a soft growl.
