i voted once in my life, it was the worst decision ever. we went under the heat of August sun on a week end to my home village in the mountains. millions of people were waiting but not in line. a complete anarchy… it turned out that the people i voted for created a complete anarchy in my country as well.

Try and vote for the right decisions that make you feel like you’re fulfilling your own beliefs as a person. You always have a choice to vote for what you believe in, and if you feel that you are restricted in your choices, remember, you have the choice to hold back your vote, because it is a decision and a choice that you make that portrays who you are, and who you’d like to be.

As we are responsable citizens i think that voting is our right and we neet to expres ourself by chosing our leader.

It is not a word I think about often, in Denmark we only have elections every 4th year, and I believe I missed the last one due to work obligations or something similarly inconsequential in the greater scheme of things.

I have never voted in this country because I’m not one of them. It’s not allowed if you don’t belong. You see I’m an outsider. They’ve let me in but I’m not really one of them. I speak their language and don’t look any different but they still know that I’m different.
By Trish on 10.01.2012
Again with the “vote.” I wish there were a new word each day. Sometimes I don’t want to write about the same word I wrote yesterday. I do wish that everyone would vote, though, so that the right person could be voted in, the one that is the person that ALL the citizens want to be president.

Or another color
Does it matter?
Should it matter?
When we close our eyes, are we different?
When we OPEN OUR EYES, are we different?
Should one choose what another can’t? Who’s to say another can’t?

voting for a president. Citizens get to make choices on their leader. Someone of higher class being able to lead the country. Everyone voting for one person. Electing a favorite/best fit to lead.

voting is crazy. Why do we even vote? What is the point of an election. Is it really going to benefit me. Why hasn’t our country changed in 200 years. Our government hasn’t adapted with out countries modern ideologies.

to elect someone for a curtain thing. Picking someone during an election. To pick who you think would be the best for something.

I think about being 18 and able to vote for the President or being part of something that requires voting. Something that can make a difference. Something that will change the way we live or how we do things.

picking something or someone
Voting for president is what comes to my mind because every 4 years we vote for a new president because of terms. Also voting reminds me of high school because we vote for a lot of things about student council and prom courts. Also vote is a symbol that America cares about there peoples opinions and they vote for what they believe in. Vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote vote. Yeah..

Who do I vote for? Barack Obama? The current president and only canidadent for the Democrats? Or Romney? The only canident for the Republicans? Do I go the conservative route or the liberal route?
By Phil on 10.01.2012
The vote was important but no one could really decide on who to pick. Both candidates had some good points but both also had bad ones too. No one wanted to vote for someone who would try to control every aspect of their lives but no one would also vote for someone who seemed to totally ignore them, their needs, and their wants, wishes and desires.
By WordsnWorlds on 10.01.2012
I have no idea. I have never done it before. Voting makes people crazy and government makes people crazy. I could honestly care less if I vote or not. I kind of want to thought because Obama sucks. I hate history and anything like that. I wish I lived in the old days when people knew everything about politics. But I don’t know anything and i’m expected to.
By Miranda Hughes on 10.01.2012
Everyone is all caught up with the upcoming election. I will not vote. I am not political, nor will I ever be. I believe it is all a sham.

I hate the two party system
It is a joke
Why do people always vote for such total rubes.
The country is going down the tubes.
By Ammon Richardson on 10.01.2012
Democracy is such rubbish. Churchill said it was the worst form of government (except for all the others). I suppose I’m complaining about democracy as we have it today. Surely, looking through ancient history would come up with better ways of doing it.

I hate this stupid word. My first thought was don’t do it and then of course, that voice inside of me took over. That voice of the girl sitting in the first row of her Poli Sci classes taking notes on even the less important things. That girl knows the need to Vote is key to changing whatever bullshit system we’re dealing with. The more people who think their vote doesn’t matter the more trouble we, we as nation gets into. But shit, I guess the word Vote could have gone for anything. It could have just ment…Vote for your favorite jam at the local downtown fair so, Mrs. Betty Jones can have another blue ribbon on her wall, the bitch.

to vote again
I was not listened to
The first time
I was ignored
Did you not see my hand
I was just wallpaper
To your agenda
I will wear a chicken suit
Ignore me now

I always try to vote, but I am not always happy with the choices. it seems, too often, that I am voting against instead of for. Oh well, I hope it balances out. I know my perspective has changed since I started paying taxes!

Dude like seriously. Obama all the way. I mean really who should give a fuck about Mitt Romney he totally changed the concept of Republican he seems like he destroyed the idea. and now i feel like republicans are wrongly interpreted.
