  1. gazing up at the starlight. you wouldn’t think it would produce so much light. but they do. At it’s most beautiful when shining across an expanse of untouched snow, especially when you and someone special are about to run across it, leaving footprints. no longer untouched. still beautiful.

  22. I saw a starlight upon the stars and soon the moon have seen the starlight and I had no idea that all this seeing brought me back into my reality world, so basically, I was dreaming the whole time about a starlight. So I may or may not ever dream about the starlight again.

The coy­ote howls one more time before head­ing west. The lit­tle mouse looks at the fig­ure with silent eyes as it dis­s­ap­pears. With a twitch of its nose it scur­ries off back into its bur­row. Morn­ing would come soon.

  28. It filtered down into their dome. It was one of the nice things about being among the first colonists on Europa; they were far enough from the sun that the starlight was the brightest thing in the sky at night.
