One of my favorite lyrics of all time is “sit on the warm hood, watching the airplanes land, wondering where they just came from and why.” I’m sure that’s not exactly it, but I like the message. It never fails to amaze me how complex even the shallowest person can be. Everyone has their own story, their own motivations, their own secrets, their own fears. People are fascinating.
