  3. I remember hurting him. Was it too much? Not enough? Your tiny heart can take it, can’t it? Not nearly as good or as bad or as sweet as I thought it was. Now you’re stuck with the memories I left you, and you’ll never see me again. You’ll never let me hear your thoughts. I met you in a pool of hands.

  11. Swimming. Thats all she did. Every day was swim. Swim in the pool, in the ocean, in the sea.
    Swim. Swim. Swim.
So why was she sinking? Why couldn’t she swim?
Why couldn’t she keep her head above the water, just this once?

  12. One of my favorite memories from childhood was heading over to our friends’ house, a long drive away in kid view, and spending the day playing around their yard and in the pool. It wasn’t very impressive, standing above ground, walls that would buckle with kid-pressure tapping, but somehow it made the days terrific.

  15. I went for a swim in the pool. Before I was done, my eyes were burning from the copious amount of chlorine. Who the hell puts that much in, anyway? That’s one thing I can’t stand about hotels, they always put too much chemicals in the water. I suppose they have to, what with all the disgusting fat people who go in there.

  21. a body of water where kids and adults congregate to play in. i have once played in a pool, actually, many times. I like to swim and do laps. A pool is a great place to have fun, and enjoy yourself along with company. It is a great place to have a bbq or just simply hang out and lounge around. Not many people have the luxury of having or enjoying a pool, so i make the best of it.
