  1. a pillar. a sign of strength. it shows that a building is strong, sturdy, and ready to withstand anything. i wish i had pillars. i wish i was strong. mental or physical. everyone needs a pillar. my friends and family are all the support i need. and all that ill ever have. being a pillar is not one of my strong points, but honestly, i try my hardest. having a pillar in your life is one of the most amazing things anyone can have, it shows that you are strong enough not to collapse under pressure. that, is the best feeling in the world.

  2. history. standing atop a hill. places i want to see to uncover the minimal knowledge i have of languages past. strength in spite of years, in spite of war and attack, in spite of the earth itself. linear examples of the life I wish to lead.

  4. I was walking thru the forest and I came across this pillar. It didn’t seem to be in place, and yet had oviously been there for hundreds of years. It was about 20 feet tall in a dark marble, etchings of wiccan gods and goddeses dorn it. trees were surrounding them. the vines and wildlife had begun to climb over it over the years. It had an aura of wonderment. It seemed to shine in the glinting sun that broke thru the surounding trees that towered over all around, the top half of it lay on the ground twenty feet away, covered by years of growth it was barely regognizable.

  8. You have always been such a pillar of strength that seeing you here, make-up smeared and clothes wrinkled, it is shocking at best. The rain is pouring down and hitting the ground so loudly that it is all that I can hear. You are soaked from head to toe but you don’t seem to care. The empty stare that fills your usually bright eyes pierces through me, making me wonder what happened to you. I usher you in without a word, knowing that this is not the time for questions to be asked. This is the time for me to get you a change of clothes and a steaming cup of tea. This is the time for me to give you a place to sleep and a thick blanket to keep out the chill of early spring. This is the time for me to be your pillar of strength and to hold you up when all you can do is fall down.

The foundation that Our Order has been made from. I thought about the architecture and the skill it took to make this pillar. This pure, riveting, smooth perfectness. The very thing that holds the roof above us.
