  17. There are sometimes minerals in the ground and in the earth that everyone needs. How are we supposed to get them from food? Our bones are made of mostly metal, that calcium that is always white in your imagination and then turns silvery when you do GCSE chemistry and look at a periodic table. We are metal and coal and water like a massive machine that just pumps water around our bodies.
