  16. The clowns chased Captain Boehner through the jungle and cornered him against a palm tree. They were angry that their captain had gotten them shipwrecked on a deserted the South Pacific island, possibly forever. The captain begged them to back off, and that he had the situation well in control.

“Under control?!” said Sprinkles, the boss clown, “You’ve got us washed ashore here, the boat is on the ocean floor a mile from here, with all our rubber chickens, whoopie cushions and invisible dogs. We don’t even have supplies for a single cream pie.”

“We can make do!” shouted Binky from the back of the possé, as a juicy, ripe mango flew over the crowd, splattering against Captain Boehner’s face.

  23. Mangos are green, orange, lush
i’ll eat them with bagoong and salt
or on a stick with chiles

    I miss the tropics

Mangos, I used to cut into sunflowers, and dig in, getting it on my cheeks.
I’ve matured since, I eat it with a spoon, like an adult taking demure bites out of ice cream.

The sweetness is gone, and over. Now that time is up.

  24. Mango. a fruit I enjoy on occasion, although I couldnt exactly tell you what it tastes like. Most recent encounters with this fruit involve bottles of naked juice, I’m guessing one of the orange ones. It was delicious. although that could be due to the mass amounts of different flavors present in said flavor of juice.

  35. I am not sure that I’ve ever had mango’s before. I don’t believe that I like the taste of them. I much prefer apples. The word itself makes me think of it as, instead of being a fruit, it is some kind of dance. I would love to find someone with which to mango all night long. I enjoy things like that; semantics and such.
