  10. Generating words is a full time life that sometimes makes me too weary to sleep. It keeps me awake not just nights but days and I have to delve into new waters of words just to keep from drowning.

  11. I wish there was a machine that could generate a hairstyle for me every morning. I wouldn’t have to think about anything really. I would just stand under it, press a button, and bam! My hair would be done, looking super rad and ready to hit the streets. That’s what I call low maintenance.

It was supposed to unlock the door – a simple biomechanoid converter that you could find at any back alley store – but the instant the device sunk teeth into her thumb and wrapped previously unseen tendrils around her wrist, she decided that perhaps she didn’t really need to rob this place quite as badly as she’d thought. It was generating a beyond-uncomfortable amount of heat, and an unnerving hissing sound that made you think of imminent explosions and pieces of flesh flying across the room.

  16. To generate an idea is to create something beautiful. Especially when writing is concerned, generating a thought can be quite useful.

  21. Frills, lace, and silk were a constant occurence in her life. “Day to day wear” they’d say. She vehemently disagreed, but complied nonetheless. She would gracefully walk up and down the street, trying to generate a response from the crowd. They could see, however, just how dead her eyes and spirit were under those fancy clothes.

    Generating what I see and hear.
    Generating what I want to do next, how to react.
    Generating how I FEEL.
    Everything is happening.

    …In a single second.

    But it seems so slow, to me.

  29. Generation X. I’m not sure which one that was but it sounds like it was a fun generation to belong to. We generate heat, waste, thoughts and plenty else besides, but the vast majority of generate us little of use. However, the names of the kind of people that do generate material and concepts of value are remembered… Shakespeare, Elvis, Gandhi, Churchill, Columbus… funny how many of them are remembered by a single name as well.

  30. I heard a whirring, the loud sound very similar to electricity in any place in Erahi, though much less quiet. I listened more closely. A generator? How odd! There were places here with electricity, not just candlelit passages and such?

  31. After the apocalypse, we weren’t able to generate any power. We had the equipment, we had the know-how, but for some reason, it just wouldn’t work. It was as if the force of all of those nuclear explosions changed the laws of physics.

  40. How he was able to generate such a story was beyond me. I mean, seriously. How am I supposed to believe that he saw someone do such a horrible thing like that to him? It isn’t every day that you get your feet cut off, I realize, but I have a hard time believing that he was forced to watch it happen, too!
