  10. The small things in this world that are so unique and complex. I lied, they can be the most simple part of something. a leaf. it is a small part of a tree but so detailed as to stare for long hours and never feel bored or tired. it has many small veins, if you will. so small in design yet so lovely; God made small items like this and we discover them everyday. they are exquisite in beauty. they are different, unique, sometimes even so familiar as we look at them all throughout our days but never SEE them for the __ they are. i could not think of a word to type there-there is no word for what they are. they are beautiful, yes. they are lovely and unique, yes. but they are something more. they are exquisite.

I have my hands behind my back with two fingers crossed because I can never keep my word, and I share with the undeserving for some cheap acceptance in return. The water will shape the sides and I’ll walk with my head held high, and when it all comes crashing in, it’ll be worth it if I’m still breathing. If actions speak louder than words, then I’m the most deafening noise you’ve heard. I’ll be that ringing in your ears that will stick around for years.
