I would have fallen to pieces, and all it would take is a small turn of my head – look back. But I walked on, through the door, up the stairs, and into my life. A life all mine. I don’t look back. But I miss the rain.

  12. The entrance was grand thing, gold and gilt, glowing with the reflecting shine from the candles that dripped from the chandelier overhead. The ballroom was full to bursting with the ton, the echoes of their gossip drifting out into the dark hallways where servants lurked ready to swoop in at a moment’s notice from their employer.

He was always sitting there, with a polished appearance. He had an efficiency about him, a sort of manner that made me feel at once welcome and yet processed by him.     The gateway was huge, adorned with jewels and strange metals, like I had never seen before. Guards were stationed all around, with their advanced tech, along with their Psi’s, capable of things we’d never believe were possible.

  18. I was in my room taking this test an my mother enter to my room saying that I cant enter to my brother´s room because he is studing. But the I needed to print a Reading proyect in my brother´s room so I decide to enter, my brother get angry and my mom heard it, so she enter to the room and scolded me, now I know my lesson.

    I never enter to his room again im just to scared. My brother always get angry when I enter to his room i dont know why but he need to yell an punch me every time i enter to his room and I hate that.

    It’s all so loud from where she stands. All body glitter and paint, and pounding bass she can feel through the floor. These people are beautiful; she is practically the wallpaper.

    She hovers there until Edmond notices her, offering his hand and a smile, as the room dims and his eyes grow brighter.

  29. It was vast and smelled of roses mixed with Murphy’s Oil polish. The grand staircase was at least 25 feet in height and as I looked up the chandelier was sparkling as it reflected the light coming in through the dome skylight . What a breathtaking entrance!

  30. I’m climbing up a hill of sinking stones and shifting grey dust, from a tunnel sunk in the base of a ruined warehouse. I shouldn’t be down here, but the blackness of the mysterious depths pulled at me. I found nothing; then the sunlight high above me tempted me out. I wonder, though, if I’ve gotten stuck. Wonderful.
