silly idea when you really think about it. Once someone reaches a certain destination, then what?
A new destination must be conceived. so, really, can’t it just be ok that everyone’s destination is death?
I never knew where I would be going. I had to just go, get out. Run away. They suggested that it was escapism. But I knew it was something else. I had somewhere to go. I was not running away; I was facing what I always knew I needed to. No matter what it may look like, I had somewhere I needed to be.
I think there’s somewhere I need to be. I’m 18. Isn’t there a destination for me? Shouldn’t I have accomplished more? Shouldn’t I know what I want? Shouldn’t I be more solid than I am? I’m not. I don’t know where to go, how to feel, who to be. I don’t want to be anywhere, anyone. I don’t want to feel anything. It’s overrated.
I want to go somewhere with someone who wants to be with me. I don’t know where we’ll go, but it will be the best time of our lives, because it’s simple like that. He’ll love me and I’ll love him. And we’ll be together in our destination. And it will be beautiful.

my destination in life is Heaven and to spend the rest of eternity with God. in the meantime I want to live my life here the very best way that I can and to make a difference in people’s lives for God and for them to know God
the ultimate end of the journey on which you spend your time. also used to connote an ideal vacation spot: ie you aren’t just going on vacation, you’re going to a Destination. i find that odd. why should the word “destination” connote a higher plane of arrival?
my destination is so entirely unknown that i don’t even think it exists yet. i will only know when i get there, and when i get there, i’m not sure that i will actually know. my destination could be tahiti, or it could be insanity. one way or another i think i may arrive at both destinations, either one at a time or both together. insanity may lie in tahiti, or it may lie in wellsburg, new york, where i came from. maybe that explains all of this confusion about my destination…

It’s almost as if we begin to float along life’s path without plotting a trail for something bigger, something greater. What if the destination was somewhere important- where would we all go?
if i were to go to that destination. i would never come back. i’ve dreamt of leaving this place for so long. how could i ever dream of just picking up and leaving. i am trapped.
