The only person who could possibly save her now was across the vast ocean getting ready to sail here to marry her. What will he think when he sees she’s gone?

  5. I feel chained to this house. Why? Geopathic stress keeps me here, house is ill and robbing me of energy….he’s just trying to survive. I will give him more love …then move on. My gift to this place. A blessing. My thanks to this place…for being the roof over my head for so many years.

  7. Some people in this world are chained to their thoughts; others to their actions. Either way, in one shape or form, everybody in this life is chained to something. Be it an emotion or a person. But being chained to something is what makes us human. It’s what keeps us alive.

  8. Most people don’t like being chained up but I rather enjoy the experience. Hands over my head, legs splayed. I’d like to contest the negative connotation of submission. What a pleasurable time indeed. Who want to be the Dom when being a sub is much more fun.

  11. We are chained to the past, the way things have been, but I imagine a different day. As school where skylight replaces florescent light, where memorizing lists is replaced by remembering what matters. I imagine classrooms where what we read is connected to how we live and classes that generate as many questions as answers.

  34. prisoner is chained up to a post. people are throwing food at them. there are chains at the feet. and its a huge humiliation. they have been whipped. they have also been chained at the hands and to them, its worse than dying because they have been tortured repeatedly.
