  2. Twenty centuries have passed and still my people have not forgot the spilling of one man’s blood. Twenty centuries. When will we stop killing in the name of a man long past? When will we rid ourselves of this hatred that has plagued us for millennia? When will we look into the eyes of our neighbors and see not a man who has wronged us but see ourselves in another’s body? Life is too precious to waste on hating people. it is time we opened our eyes and our hearts and saw everything that is good.

  14. century. a lot of things can happen in a century. thats a hundred years. in a hundred year who knows what’ll be going on. humans might be doing some crazy shit. living on the moon, i dont even know. but t’ll be insane. and a hundred years ago, its almost impossible to tell what was happening. it was so long ago, almost like, every aspect of our lives have changed since then. a hundred years ago we still had huge wars to go through and like, hell, canada was just made. it was like, some new born baby kinda shit. i dont even know, i didnt pay that much attention in socials.in a hundred years im gonna be 116. i donno, i might even still be alive then, with a bunch of technological advances and stuff. even if theyre arent any, lots of people in my family have lived pretty long lives. i think my great grandma was 97 when she passed on. thats a long time to live. i dont even know what i could do with that much time. i could go travelling. see the world over. maybe even see other worlds, planets, moons, visit other stars solar systems. a bunch of stuff. madness. 100 years is a long time. i wonder if ill even remember doing this in a 100 years. but hell, who knows, the world is supposed to end in like, a year and a bit anyways, right?

  22. Century is a derivative of the Latin word for 100, centus. Clearly because a century is a period of 100 years, it is named so. 100 is expressed in Roman numerals as C as in centus: 100. I am totally fluent in Roman numerals, which is another one of those things that puts me on my high horse.
