  11. Lights up a room so that we can see what we are doing. A great invention. Something that we all take for granted. Easy to break if it is struck. Comes in many different varieties. Frosted and Clear are two that come to mind. Also a word used to describe something that you plant. :)

  20. This makes me think of tulips. And tulips make me think of my Grandma Mildred. Every spring we would go over to her house and plant tulips all around the house. Then by Easter time, usually, there would be lovely tulips in all colors around our house. Lilac, pink, red, midnight velvet. I wish I still gardened then I could fulfill her legacy.

  25. Light or garden. To brighten a room or to brighten the landscape. Tulip bulbs caused the first economic bubble (to burst) I think? I’m not much of a gardener but I like to see nice things growing. As for the electric version, I think I suffer a bit with SAD so these are very important to me although too much light can also be intrusive. As with most things balance is the key.

  30. Provides light, can be a plant bulb to start a new flower. That’s about all I know about bulbs. It’s not that interesting of a word. Light bulbs can be interesting because they provide so much light to the world. Without light bulbs would we have artificial light? Is this possible?

  31. A light bulb is the universal source of vision. We use a light bulb to see during the night time for various activities, from reading a book to simply walking through the house. The light bulb is one of the most amazing inventions to date. Without the light bulb, various night time activities wouldn’t be possible. For example, you couldn’t write at night.
