  5. the hearts of soldiers and fallen victors. superman and my mother. they conquer lands unknown and love all people just the same. brave is me trying this…i dont know what i’m doing. brave is bp telling people everything is ok. brave is president obama trying to win back his popularity. brave is something to be achieved, its not a lie, it is an honor. An honor which is only bestowed upon the, well, brave.

  6. Those who sometimes think they are brave are not the brave ones. The person that truly is brave is the one who is so focused on living life to the fullest. Then others will notice how they do things, how they treat others and realize it is true bravery

  8. Soldier. Classic example, but what is brave. Does it have to go against something? Or can it be something everyone does? Is it hard? Is it simple? It mustn’t be easy. Then we’d say everyone is brave.

  9. It was a brave thing I did last night, walking over to my neighbors house and inviting him to the play at the Little Theater. This was after my boyfriend said he would not attend. LD attended and we had a good time. We will see how boyfriend feels about it later.

  10. Bravery. I don’t know what bravery means. People think they’re brave when they talk about things like, oh, I hide my true self from the world and mask all my fears. They try to sound brave, but they really don’t, because the thing is, everyone does that, so it’s not really brave at all. I’m not sure what bravery is, just doing things in spite of being terrified, I guess.

  18. it is a different kind of bravery. one that differs from brave heroes in the media, in literature, in movies. and all it consists of is putting one foot in front of the other while i wander through this hellishly opaque corridor of smoke and mirrors, down a road that i know no end. to survive. to endure. but like most other forms of bravery, that is easier said than done.

  30. i wish i was more brave. brave enough to do some of the things i’ve always wanted to do. sometimes they arent much.. not huge things like builing a house or, i dont know, sky diving. but just being confident. being myself. being brave enough to be me.
