  9. aprons are always found in thirift stores. i never use aprons but think they are cute. i imagine them red and white squares with frills. also, i feel like theyd be easy to make and give as presents. maybe ill do that! aprons are cute but mostly for dolls and housewives inthe 20s, you know?

  12. I never had an apron of my own. My mom never used an apron either. But I used to have a little tray by my stove, for appliances to rest on, that had an old woman in an apron. I think that’s the closest thing to an apron we’ve had in my house. I used to wear a bib, though.

  15. The apron was splattered with fish guts, from cleaning the 4 pound chinook he caught that afternoon. Fortunately, he had finished cleaning the fish with all of his fingers left, and two nice filets to show for his efforts.

  21. another bloody apron, the rubbish that comes through this charity shop, why do people think that there is a demand for aparons anyway, if they are chucking theirs out chances are so is everyone else – so here we are an other bloody apron and this one in a hideous pattern too, hmm, it could do for dusters but who cuts things up for dusters anyway, not the people who chuck out aprons, anyway.

  28. an apron is usually white, but sometimes it will be other colours. i think that it would be used to stop yourself getting your clothes dirty, but i only used one as a kid when i was painting. so that makes sense.

    they also remind me of runescape, that place in port wherever that you need an apron to get in.

  31. The apron swayed around her heels, long and a bit impractical. She often thought that the most beautiful things were impractical, but more necessarry than the practical things.Even better, when something was supposed to be practicaly but was not, but was still beautiful. I sometimes marvel at how her brain works. It makes no sense to me, but I love to hear her thoughts. I wonder if it will ever make sense to me.

  32. Our apron will be navy blue. Then there will be a novelty one which undoubtedly will be yours and will only be used in emergencies. Every time you wear it, it will be too much for me to take and I won’t be able to take you seriously in it. I will either burst out laughing like a maniac or jump your bones.

  35. My mother always wore an apron. She never understood why I didn’t and then got things all over my clothes when I cooked or baked. I really should get myself a good apron and start wearing it. I would have to keep it handy and get used to wearing.
    My grandmother wore one of those bib aprons that covered practically her whole body. I seldom ever saw her without her apron on.

  36. I used to wear an apron when I was a bag-boy at Publix Grocery stores. I hated it. I eventually started wearing it in the kitchen, after I lost the job, because I really did enjoy working in retail. It always made my friends laugh to see me wearing a Publix apron while I was cooking, because I always complained about working there.
