A clear sea view. A city. Both are the same thing when you're surrounding by tourist trash and cheap stores selling nothing but cheap objects for extortionate prices. Get away from people, or get away from people who think they fund your town because they bought some chips and a shirt and get their red sunburnt faces in your normal one to ask where the next beach shack selling a burger is. I would happily take city smog to escape the tourist season.

There was blank. White. Nothing. The space that once was filled with black hatred, gone. At least there was emotion then, it was better than nothing. Better than empty spaces of nothing. First there was love, then hatred. There was a lot of that. Then. None, it seemed.

She would lie on her back, staring at the dirty salmon walls and damp ceiling, the peeling paper and the broken windows. Her home, was a nightmare. However, when she went to her own little world, it was a palace, a beautiful and magic world of her own, decorated how she wanted it. Not reality. Oz, her own Oz.
