  4. I am not a savage. I pick up a book. I learn, I grow, I change, I experience. I allow myself to see the world as something more than just what I’m told or what I’m taught. I am more than a savage because even though I’ve been called one for years, I choose not to be. A noble savage is not a compliment. It is a theory that is just as devastating as any other that is posed lessening the capability of man to be more than what we were.
